I posted many times 2021 H1 fcf was 147m and the full year fcf for 2021 would be 350m .
Some on here disputed my numbers and we're proved wrong. We actually exceeded the 350m and achieved nearly 400m !
Consulting my mystic Fag Packet again for 2022.
With all the 2022 plans for production I see levels around 50k (sales maybe a little less) and expecting POO to average $80 (maybe a little more). The Fag Packet therefore is saying revenue of $4m per day. 2022 revenue is $1.5 billion.
Plenty of FCF for all ! FCF Between 550 -700m.
Year end debt down to 500m - 650m = Happy Days.

However with a post like that, I'm afraid Squif will have you down as a paid ramper !

After much number crunching and research, including multiple reads of the RNS today, I have put together my share price predictions based on the price of oil. Assuming production at 50k.
Brent at $90 = ENQ share price 20p
Brent at $95 = ENQ share price 21p
Brent at $100 = ENQ share price 22p
Brent at $120 = ENQ share price 25p
Finally ENQ share price 60p = Brent $437

I should be working for one of the big banks as an Analcyst !

I think you are spot on there !
Barclays normally issue a broker update a week after this ENQ Feb ops rns. Well they (Barclays) have issued a revised Broker rateing for the last 2 years , just one week after this update .
Barclays rateing Due around 11/2.

Buys now up to 2.5 to 1 against sells.
Only a matter of time before the algo's reverse the direction , surely !

Follow the money.
Buys double that of sells so far this morning.
SP has to reverse direction eventually if this keeps up !

Yes, nice update with AB setting things up for a massive year.
He wants to see 2022 year end to say "Enquest exceed guidance at 52k bpd average POO 80 and fcf 700" then the market will give us our party.

Add on to my last post.
Production was above 50k for January 2022 as stated in RNS.
Long may it continue. That's the real Enquest target.

Low ball 44k forecast just to protect themselves against an unseen production issue. They no doubt expect to hit the 50k level and more !

And after the headline,
the 2nd line ;
"forecasts 20% to 30% uplift in production for 2022"
the 3rd line;
"the boys are planning a 60p party for later in the year"

Great post because what you say and calculate makes sense. If correct (and it looks spot on to me) then the update will give guidance for 2022 production substantially above that achieved in 2021. The market will really like that !
For once I am expecting a very positive response from the market to our trading update and 2022 outlook, when it is released !
As the old boy from Barnet would say, We have been building it , and now they will come !

Not sure they will comment on fcf for 2022 E121.
From memory they did not mention fcf in previous Feb updates !
Should be given enough info though to complete and tighten-up on our forecast expectations for 2022. I'm a strong believer in 700m fcf for 2022 though ! oh and -

As some of the lads on here have said, the TU should say production 2022 up circa +20%.
POO will take care of itself. Costs control in ENQ is very good with many savings made over the last couple of years.

I believe the fall in SP has been discussed by the board and this is their action. Maybe more buys coming.
Now you Need to see production rise And the picture changes.

It's a good sign. Showing the directors do not like the fall in the SP and believe the valuation is wrong (to low).
As for the amount - a small buy , buy hey we do not know his personal finances. Would like to see Dan the Man buy now.

It should stop the fall for now.
The argos will pick it up and give the SP a little lift, me thinks.
