2021 saw ENQ achieve fcf of 400m. Very Good in my book !
Hardly disappointing. Indeed the 400m fcf was higher than both TLW and the new HBR (Premier oil).
Watch us beat them both again in 2022. Fcf 800m+

Agree, I also have fcf nicely over $800m .

They mite have to consider their original plan of listing on Moscow , as a fall back.
It is not a 100% cert that they will get back in London.

It looks like the London listing is key and they will fight to keep it.
Just a thought , but they could accelerate the moscow listing (many/most Large cap have dual listings).
The Moscow listing would take a few weeks which gets shares trading again. Indeed would be positive and drive the SP higher. Then fight to regain the London listing over the coming months. Just my view !

On 28th February was , and I quote;
“We have no plans to delist from the London Stock Exchange at the moment. We are not considering this option,” Nikolay Ivanov, the company’s chief financial officer, told reporters.

Ivanov said the firm is still considering a secondary listing on the Moscow Exchange , however, which could go ahead this year.

That was 11 days ago. A lot has changed since then ! I believe that they will accelerate the Moscow listing .

The control of the company will be taken away from you and London stock market, in the coming months. The company will then be de-listed.

Some People on hear can't face reality. Seen it before they live in a dream world just hoping it's all a bad dream. . Your money is 'locked up" and you ain't likely to see it anytime soon, maybe never.

I'm 60 years old. Been investing for nearly 15 years .
It was circa 9 years ago and it was Chinese operating company with it's registered office and board in London. I can't remember their name but I remember the £5k loss. I only had a small amount invested as they were an AIM company. They were agriculture growing specialist herbs. Very profitable however in China whoever owns or has the "company seal" is the boss or owner in Chinese law. Basically the Chinese boss of the factory stole the company as he had the seal. Londondirectors could do nothing - crazy I know but that was it! Took holding disappeared from my trading account about 1 year after suspension.

I think the future or not may depend on how long the war goes on for.
My only experience of investing in a company that was later suspended, was a bad experience. I lost the lot !
If the war is over in a matter of weeks then I would see a possibility of the suspension being lifted after a further period of time. And trading in share could resume.
In my view however I see No lifting of suspension and after many many months the more likely option is that the company is broken up and its assets are transfered to a new company . Currently the company has NO leaders. If they suffer cash flow problems then it could happen sooner.
Sadly as of today the value of our shares is NIL. You can't sell them, so in my view they are worthless ! Maybe they could have a value in the future if luck is with us.

If the answer today one of the questions is- yes , then I think there is a High risk of trading being "suspended" .

Oil has dropped $10 Or more in price since you made that wise purchase and foolish comment ! If you had closed your gob then you would have not looked the fool. Now you will have watch your latest purchase go under water ! Shame !

Tullow Oil share price: cheap at 55p?
Broker forecasts for 2022 suggest that Tullow will generate earnings of $0.16 per share this year. That puts the stock on a modest five times forecast earnings.

However, while profits are expected to rise, management expects Tullow’s free cash flow to fall from $245m to $100m in 2022. This is due to a 35% increase in planned spending on projects and decommissioning.

This guidance prices Tullow shares on around 10 times forecast free cash flow. That seems high enough to me. Although I don’t expect Tullow to face any serious problems this year, I’d prefer to invest in a company with a stronger financial position.

I don’t think Tullow Oil shares are as cheap as they might seem. For this reason, I won’t be adding this stock to my portfolio at the current price.

The Migs was always a non starter. They need a decent runway . Putin would bomb them as soon as they arrived in West Ukraine. They would become No.1 target as soon as they arrived. Ukraine must play to their strengths - gorilla war and snipers have already taken out 6 top Russian army high ranking officers. More of what works will further weaken Russian morale.
