Actually Shelly I have just decided that I am not going to bid for GGP myself.
Therefore I claim to take the honour of first refusal.

Read it again, and understand what they actually have first refusal on.

Considering the usual drops and games between news this is quite refreshing so no complaints.
Would be happy for a news blackout for several months if it kept going at this pace.

Usual caveat the SP HAS been moving quickly so could distort the reporting and late buys could. EMERGE

They will react purely to their indicators for demand, including demand from those in their peer group

The warrant holders have a few options on what they may want to do, including the shares they already hold.
Clearly GGP are expecting them to be exercised in the near future or already have some requests as they would not have applied for the block listing.
Warrants may not have ranked for a special dividend if one was suddenly declared, only shares converted from exercised warrants would rank equal to existing shares.
Just a thought !!!

The thing about SXX is that bondholders were involved and although a good way of funding they can be the the ones that can make or break a company without harming themselves. Can even make things better for themselves in the long running when Ord shareholders are out of the picture. Got out of Sxx a long time ago but still with a loss

I hope there is no sale of whole especially in the short term if GGP was bought out even for what may be deemed as attractive, whatever the price could be reached within a year if only one of the 100% licenses were proved up at the same point and same spend as Hav is to date.
GGP is in a great position at the moment. GH and the board could well be on the cusp of becoming folklore in exploration history aside from making themselves very rich, deservedly so too if they can play the long game with all projects.

The 6% dilution of the block listing was factored into today’s rise as well otherwise all the 4p posters would have got it right.
