They are just trying to stir up interest and attract the usual herd ahead of news. That has been getting Harder each qtr as the SP gains so risk to traders increases. Yes volume increased around the NC updates but overall its decreasing each time.
All good in my opinion as GGP sp will follow fundamentals.

How, whatever the value of HAV is, does GGP monitise it. AND how that feeds to shareholders in the absence of any other licence bearing fruit. If special div, good, if not then imagine what the MMs will do if shareholders are trying to exit at profit

The difference between GGP and say UKOG is like night and day. SS at UKOG takes over £600,000 in salary yet does not own one share and has diluted to the extent they have over 8billion shares in issue. The oil extracted so far just about covers his salary.

Reason being there is another broker giving out notes who may beat them to the punch and also give a higher target price. Still very likely and Numis would not want to give the lower one after it as would be deemed negative.
My point to you and others is broker notes and particular the targets set are founded on the same information we get from the companies via RNS. They may factor in some forward calculation but rarely the speculation that we all make and read on these boards so patience is required. Further , as one posted here that if the SP does hit a broker target then they expect this will force the broker to revise the target , I assume upwards.
It does not work like that as without any new material news a broker would be hard pressed to justify a re rate.

My point is the share is not stagnating . The market knows everything that we already know so the SP is priced about right. MMs always leave a bit headroom unless Stock is not available to them. Next positive news or broker target .. say worth 18p then you can expect them to trade it around the 13/14 range Stagnating if you like till next again news.
