Now on the cards I think and NC could try to keep everyone happy with an attractive offer, post initial MRE
not one that realises the potential full value on HAV or other licences for GGP shareholders but enough to gain acceptance. As for main board GGP they will be kept on the NC payroll and have juicy share incentives on the remaining licences if they come good.
Just an opinion of course.

I don’t see institutions will arriving , and I don’t count the likes of PRIM as one, unless GGP became a miner. Why?
because they look for long term returns and even then in the case of GGP would be after the MRE, which is when a shed load of PIs would cash in all or part of their holdings.
At that point the sell volume would be tremendous, no matter how good the results the MMs will price in the cost and risk of holding so much stock.
Institutions would bide their time inbetween MRE and start of production, assuming GGP were to become a miner which I doubt.

Really ? I cannot think of a single reason anyone would risk shorting this stock.

Just a thought, when a large order needs to be filled at best and the price is moving fast. If the order is eventually filled with different shapes at different prices , is the late reported order reported at the average price

If required better a combined consolidation & rights issue

Jeez, since when giving a hypothetical price in a an opinion on a hypothetical scenario, especially when that hypothetical price is nearly twice the current SP and greater than the factual Numis target, one becomes a Shorter.
Anyway, been on the GGP road for a long time, still will be and still keep an eye out for potholes.

Whatever value is put on GGP s share of Hav, and let’s say its worth 15p per ord share boom. NC sit tight and wheels in motion for production and GGP need to fund big for their share of costs. No major breakthroughs at other projects so along comes Bondholders to fund the financing. The 15p will start to fall back and by how much will depend on what deal the Bondholders have been promised. No more discoveries and they will be pulling the strings

Any queue of investors looking to fund us for any of the costs will almost certainly be bond holders who will have preference over equity holders, and at a good deal in their favour. I just hope one of the other projects has come up trumps before that happens as the risk on return for ordinary holders will increase.
So very important the order in how this all plays out.

Always pays to look at the pros & cons and there are obvious future potential negatives even though the positives outweigh them.

MMs only creating a market for themselves and at different SP levels but makes no difference to them.
They can turn round 40 or 50 m shares on the up pre news or on no news and same if taking it down.
They know many investors and traders are pretty savvy to what the MMs get up to so can test the nerves over many days or longer dripping it down until one of them with financial clout decides to change direction.

Think that’s wrong as they would hardly be suspended for very long, you can still trade shares when an offer is announced.

Agree with you both and its the same with any other hot stock. Many posts today from people who seem will never learn. Moaning about the herd, selling and spoiling a good day for investors. Never any moans when the herd begins to arrive and sp is on the up.
All part and parcel of being LTH s on the journey we choose to take. GLA and yes the herd for the occasional froth they contribute to.
