It covers all, that’s why Ggp signed over 40% of our 100% owned to NC . They hold it under Trust to GGP and will sign it back over to GGP when application is successful.
Perhaps by then they will just keep it under a new JV . 60 - 40 in our favour

What puzzles me is the requirements seem to need results for each tenement, which is fine for the one we share with NC. As the application is covering all the other 100% owned by GGP, I do not think GGP have results for these to support the application. Not yet anyway.

Anyway, how about we start a GGP group on Facebook. Why ?. you may well ask .
Not for general chit chat as this forum is perfect for that. The reason would be that such a closed group could be very useful to us all if as some predict one or more of the buy out scenarios emerge and as a collective we want to express our intentions without broadcasting it to the MMs and rest of the world.
The way the Facebook groups work is appointed moderators control membership and the way we could ensure current GGP holders only can join would be simple steps and checks. Example

Moderator gives me a reference code
I post the reference code on LSE
Moderator can check my LSE/GGP history and allows me into the group. . or not

Enrico, I do not think NC shareholders will agree their company should give up THEIR invested cash by even 1ct more than the value just because NC got a good deal bracket not free, close bracket.
NC took a calculated business risk and it paid off.

If there is an eventual buy out of the GGP stake at Hav with no JV or drilling done on Scally or any other project, that would not be a good position for shareholder value.

They had no knowledge of the individual make up of the PI holdings in Nominee Company names but now have a pretty good idea of the average now. Not only that, many of the actual average prices paid. Info is everything and they got it on a silver plate.

If Rio make a move it will be after they see what is on offer from NC . HAV or all.

Shares held in nominees are generally not offered a vote as any registered name cannot vote for and against a voting item. Institutions holding in noms can have paperwork in place confirming they are the beneficial owner etc that allows them to vote by attending or by proxy voting
