It is just possible that SCIR were offered the chance to take more shares at the recent HE1 placing and decided to take enough to keep their %age holding the same. I don't think they would have to issue a holdings RNS if the %age stays the same?
Anyway, this is just wishful thinking on my part......but....... if this is not the case, then the HE1 holdings RNS stating previous position of 4.29% is wrong and should be corrected ??

Hopefully an RNS will clarify this, but what i have from the HE1 RNS on Fri is :
Scir now hold @ 17M shares = 2.83% of 601M
Previous to this they held 4.29 % of the 601M which gives @25.8M shares ?
So they have sold @ 8.8M shares at perhaps 16pence which gives about £1.4M ?
All of this is back of an envelope calcs from the RNS, but I had assumed (wrongly ?) that Scir held 21M shares and 1M warrants
Happy to be corrected on any of this (hopefully by the company with an RNS) but if these calcs are right its better than i originally thought

@ Iceman - i bought some SCIR this morning, feel they will re-rate as their Mcap is so small. I would anticipate they would sell off some of these pre-drill to de-risk? At one stage Solo oil held 10% of these, with an option (not taken) to increase to 20% !

I'm a HE1 holder but keeping an eye on Scir.
Do people here think Scirocco will hold their HE1 stake until HE1 have 1st drill results ? or (the impression I'm getting from reading this board) they will sell out before, if certain price reached -@20p ? Potentially Scir only have 6-8 weeks to wait for first results. An early success for HE1 and Scir would be a good leveraged play

I wonder what the author makes of Lithium Americas $3.2B Mcap ? Could have usefully made a comparison between Sonorra and Thacker Pass. Sell now and wait 'til the company gets to a more solid position ? I'll hold thanks :)

@bob - if i was buying 10% of the co' I'd certainly want to know if i was buying 10% or 8% ! The co' have said 100M shares were to be admitted Thursday 8 am but at the moment it looks like they haven't been. All the dilutions I've been envolved with the price comes back to placing. This may be an exception to that rule and the dilution may currently be factored in to current price and current number of issued shares. But what is that issued number ?

@Dai I have sent the company a message asking if the admission was delayed ''shares will be admitted at or around 22nd''. They may reply, may not. LSE and ADVN still showing 500M, and of course shuld be 600M on admission. This may be a system glitch but is niggling me and I will delay trading until I know. Lots of peeps saying wait 'til Thursday, but if Thursday hasn't happened, they should still be waiting

when were we in the 60's ? ... end of January ? Thats 224Million shares at 60p = £134M Mcap. We now have 331M shares, that same Mcap would give a price 40.6p . You could argue that the 60p was unrealistically low, I would tend to agree. I would also say that EMH, certainly at over £1, was toppy. We are where we are, it was a massive raise and caught me out with the size of it and the price; i'll have to chalk that down to inexperience and try and learn from it. Don't forget we have another 53M shares to be admitted in, maybe, around 2 weeks.
I see this as slow, slow rise for next 2 years, by which time I predict £1.50. Not a bad return if you have the time and patience.

Thanks @rpoodle and @ Scott. Looks like DME need to hit a layer of gas bearing rock that has 'buckled slightly' to provide a good reservoir; so an 'easier' target than the trapping styles at Rukwa ? The Arizona basin doesn't have the obvious fault lines either ?
Just trying to work out my best strategy here, the recent raise gives the company leeway for a few misses before it has a hit, but its still high risk. GL

Just trying to do some research into this company and their drilling programme last year in Holbrook basin Arizona.
Looks like they were successful with the first 2 drills. Depths were a bit lower at 2790ft (837 m if my maths is right) and 6- 8 weeks to complete?
The question is : How comparable is the geology between Holbrook and Rukwa ?
I know some posters on this board hold or have held DME shares. What are the similarities/differences between the 2 plays ?DME have found HE mixed with 80% Nitrogen which they are venting off, so seems we may be able to make like for like comparisons ? Cheers

I was trying to find this post by @Oiler87, he called it right back on March 19th, and we had the clue of Cannaccord being appointed joint brokers a few days earlier. So now the company has, a - enough money to survive dusters at Rukwa and move on, or b - enough money to take a good find at Rukwa onto the next stage..... hmmmm

The reality is that he1 only have funds for this years drilling campaign and will not leave the balance of the company on wells with a 20% Geological cos.
There will be a placing to secure the future of the company before drilling starts.
Seen this so many time with AIM companies that do not turn a profit.
On the other hand if 1 well is a discovery the SP will be significantly higher and will easily double you investment.

It doesn't look like Heritage followed thru with their plans in 2017, but seems like they wanted to drill into the lake Rukwa from a barge/platform which obs would be more tricky !

@dumbpunter - they have said they will increase the dividend by 10% y on y. it is v low at the moment! My two pence worth, BCN , steady rise to production in 2 years time.......hopefully... dyor POLX have good medical equipment that 'should' be licensed this year
