The cash payable on completion is $210 million. The rest is liabilities. Zama value is dependent on a deal with the Mexican government which will take about six months so very difficult to sell just mow. The cash flow from Solan is key , IMO.

I know that. I just think that the amount needed is now of an order that Tony will change his mind. Makes sense and saves a lot of fees and dilution. I repeat, the income from Solan, now a few weeks away, is significant. We'll see.

I heard that the ex Ryanair COO, Mr Bellew, axed so many jobs at HQ that there aren't enough staff to plan more flights. Add to that, the pilots had a no confidence vote after virtual meetings with him.. Passed by 99%. Corporate sabotage ????

IMO there will not be a rights issue or a placing. We will increase our borrowing and avoid dilution. From September, we will have an EXTRA 10.000 bpd from Solan. Big addition to cash flow.

I have a feeling that we will be in the dark till September. If they say nowt, they can't be held to account. They'll let the tankers do the talking...

I can't see Zama sale coming in time as there's a 120 working day period to come up with a proposal for sharing with Pemex. This is a joke as Pemex haven't drilled a well in their section to back up their claim. So more like six months before any purchaser could value our share.

We knew they were drilling but not the outcome. At last a return from that crushing failure.

A side issue for many, I know, but the redundancy terms on offer are extremely poor. Negotiations still going on but smacks of sharp practice to me.

Couldn't agree more. The trick will be to sell a chunk when they let it rise to make the RI price look good. Not sure how the Apache rumour fits but maybe it was unsctipted.

Just used the click and collect feature at our local Greggs. Very efficient and friendly. A limited menu but great to see them back.
