On ADVN, Andypop has pointed out that the creditors wll have loads of shares and are possibly using that prospect to short either directly or indirectly. He cheerily points out that the others will be selling after the newco launches as they are lenders, not investors. We'll see. Personally, I'm looking forwatd to newco. These guys have the financial brains and clout that we lacked.
As I understand it, the Pfizer CEO sale was part of a pre-planned ((and on record) sale process at previously set prices. They do that in America. Handy, though.
