FWIW I think an agreement won't be reached for years and when it comes it will be very disappointing. Unless PEMEX and the politicians acknowledge reality. So net effect not a lot.

Kerogen's intentions are key. I'm starting to see similarities with ARCM and PMO. Exploit a debt situation and then benefit from the ensuing low share price when an "unconnected party" appears over the horizon. Wheels within wheels, old chap.

Given that Centrica are once again trying to sell theit 69% stake in Spirit it's unlikely to want to commit more cash to a project that might run into difficulties.
