The wording on the CPR was "on track to be RECEIVED by the end of Q1". As I've said before, weasel words.

Slow and steady move up since the deal. Good to see.

Also, they only said expected to receive the CPR. Didn't say released. Weasel words par excellence.

Certainly hope so. They've been moving up nicely AND they have little or no exposure to the onerous leasehold scandal so might well outperform the others.
