Hi Tony. JC will and always has told everyone what he thinks they want to hear. You could argue its no different to those than that you accuse ,with their negative comments just an opposing views ,trying to destroy the share price.
The funny thing was, the reason I started selling out was for the same reason as OF. I sent an email to the company and never got the courtesy of a response. I said at the time and many times since I had from my investment perspective lost confidence in the BOD. Frankly in my opinion is they are not up to the job and it is now only a matter of time before everything becomes clear. The only certainty is it won't be pretty. AIMO of course. Hopefully for those still in there will be a positive outcome. Incidentally ( as I can't be bothered to work it out!) What would a £16m price tag estimate put on name it pence per share should it happen?

Tony yet again read the posts! You always read something to get out of it what you believe rather than the context. I said there were ways of linking various systems together with one piece of software and have been proved correct.

I posted it originally. I also made the point months back that given access to the relevant information this could be acheived through a software solution. Someone if I remember suggested Smets1 would not work and were of no use.......or was I dreaming?

I know someone suggested they may be leaving the not spots until last the only thing with that is, it seems, the longer they leave the not spots the less there will be.

The Smets1 comms issue be been resolved so at some point these will work through DCC.
Can you confirm what the contract with Toshiba consists of?

"CyanConnode has a contract with Toshiba to provide software licenses and support fees for the SMETS2 Telefonica Communications Hub. The Toshiba contract was originally calculated to deliver £24m of revenue based on the assumption that 10% of SMETS2 meters would require a ‘not-spot’ solution. However, if the percentage of SMETS2 meter installations in ‘not-spots’ is greater than 10%, then CyanConnode’s revenue expectations from the Toshiba contract will increase on a pro-rata basis. CyanConnode expects the roll-out of SMETS2 meters to gain momentum in the fourth quarter of 2018"
How much revenue per licence? Dependent on the number of Not Spots this is relevant. I also travelled a great deal throughout the Uk the UK. I had a dual sim mobile and rarely had an issue..

Hi 2CV. Apologies ,perhaps I should have been clearer. If there was such a significant issue surely it would be on any project risk register? They have already had issues with Smets1 would they not be all over this? Maybe they consuded it a small but manageable risk.
I still go back to one of my original point, CC do not have the only solution in the market place and for me at least this is a risk.

The point was Tony another 200000 for SMS to add to the numerous ones they have already won. I am surprised there has to date not been one not spot. If they are as you say a significant problem any idea why there still hasn't been an issue?

Out of another 200000 meters you would have assumed there would be at least one not spot. Contracts obviously being awarded as SMS seem to keep picking them up.
