Morning Colour. I still find it hard to believe some on here don't understand how Procurement process / Empanelment (POC) works in a normal country. It seems we are being told POC will go on forever? On that basis can we assume it is just for each new tender where the end user may wish to specify additional functionality or mid tender where the goalposts are moved? Frankly nothing would surprise me with India. I guessed at Q3Q4 2022, if I recall , before any possible awards. Looks like potentially 12 months could be added to that forecast the way India is going.

Morning ITT. In the current climate I can see no justification for making the AGM a video only event or with restrictions,unless of course CC wish it to be that way.
Everyone is after all generally back to work and traveling worldwide for holidays etc without restriction.

JC won't Colour as we all well know. Good idea to add up what he's taken in salary and bonus plus share options etc etc compared to the return in value. I'm sure people would be shocked. It is all about timing of course.

All this bull5hit about tweets is exactly that. The only thing that now quantifies anything in India is proof of concept acceptance, IE the empanelment process.
The amount of drivel posted is becoming tiresome. Anyone who has had any involvement in the corporate world ,in procurement or attended trade fairs would of course know that revisiting stands etc is par for the course. The corporate hospitality side is quite enjoyable as well.

I myself made the same observation regarding the Hardnan report a while back Colour. I suggested some on here need to read and digest the caveats contained within the report, which they either don't or chose to ignore. Some of the nonsense being posted lately is beyond belief . Anyone using it to risk assess the investment case must be nuts. ...enter left Nurse Ratched lol

The only thing I would say DBB is that some don't take into consideration the timing and cost of their buy ,hold time ,dividends received etc, it all has an effect and provides a more balanced outcome of any investment.

Just for info . ii platform looks like ii is having issues due to the Aviva share consolidation. Many in the AV board are complaining about being unable to buy.

I had a thought Colour. If TJ could just post something negative regards the share price dropping as opposed to some of the drivel we should see a massive rise. I base this on the fact his predictions have so far been so much the opposite of what actually happens. Lol

You are absolutely correct. This gives the advantage to the customer and is quite a smart move ( no pun intended.)
What it means in reality is that the customer can drop any supplier,subject to the individual contractural structure in place if a cheaper / better/preferred solution comes along for future projects /tenders. Covering all bases you might say.
The downside for the suppliers of course is they are only guaranteed the income from each individual tender they win,again subject to contractural detail. Unless of course the specific company can provide a compliant solution and obtain acceptance sign off.
As you say it ensures it keeps everyone on their toes. Of course one of the the downsides is a continual and ongoing sum of money for R and D ,hopefully coming from the profits the companies win from any orders.
