Leandra is currently operating in a very local close linked schedule in the comfort of the Med. she underwent some remedial work at Gioia Taura recently, she returns there in a few days. She recently travelled with a 14.2m draft, her maximum summer draft is 13.5m. So she exceeded her maximum draft by .7m, possibly some sort of trials going on with her at time moment which need sorting before our trial starts. Hopefully after Gioia Taura she will be released back to Antwerp associated schedules and back fit for the trial.

Drafting of the Cargill tolling agreement has been completed, along with related fuel supply arrangements, with the execution of the MAC² services agreement completed in April 2025.

peter borup, who took over as ceo on 1 october 2025, brings deep experience from both shipping and fuel trading. his appointment reflects a deliberate move to operationalise the strategy already in place. according to borup, the company’s focus is now on running “two or three” commercial-scale trials in parallel, rather than one at a time. the capacity to do this, he says, is now in place.

the most visible catalyst is the upcoming trial with mediterranean shipping company (msc) and cargill, scheduled to take place in antwerp. if successful, this will deliver a letter of no objection from engine-maker wärtsilä, effectively unlocking the path to wider deployment.

There is always risk in handing your hard earned to anyone in this market, Quadrise has presented rewards on multiple occasions and will continue to do so.

Once again a new investor joining today could easily make shed loads of money with not much downside.

Announced today, the Albanese Government’s Cleaner Fuels Program aims to grow domestic production of low carbon liquid fuels (LCLF), including sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and renewable diesel — creating jobs, strengthening regional economies, and supporting Australia’s energy transition.

CEO Interview/Update: In an interview published around November 5, 2025, CEO Peter Borup highlighted the company's focus on running "two or three" commercial-scale trials in parallel and mentioned the upcoming trial with MSC and Cargill in Antwerp is a key catalyst for wider deployment.

MSC/Cargill (Marine): Preparations for the commercial trial with MSC are underway. The agreement is "on track for complete signing soon" and a bunker barge has been selected for the trial which is hoped to start in early 2026.

The collaboration agreement with Nouryon was last updated on 15th November 2022, it was a three year extension running until the end of October 2025, so should get an update by next Friday.

I think there is allot of confidence from the team to get this trial started early 2026. Peter said within 2 months for signatures, Jason has mentioned a January start on 3 occasions. We’ve even got a bunker barge selected by MSC and Cargill for the trial.

They know when it’s going to be signed and they know what has delayed it, something trivial no doubt. Not long to find out either way.

Looks like the 500k seller is out, I have to say that 2 of the 500k reported sells over the last week were my buys reported incorrectly, didn’t buy anything today unfortunately, my bad.

I’m sure he will expand on that comment at the AGM.

But from previous discussions it would seem that setting up Hubs on shipping routes is the precursor to getting our fuel to power plants, Singapore, Panama and the Mediterranean. All tied to power and shipping, as Peter said we have to get these hubs up and running, always been our issue can’t sell what isn’t available. Once available it will fly off the shelves

Valkor have expanded their operations by a further 2000 acres, things must be going well, samples should have been received by now and marketing started. Mid next year for kick off anyone.

Peter stuck his neck out at the IMC on Oct.2nd. And said he would like to see MSC trial agreements along with another shipping company taking up the trial within a couple of months. He also said that Linda’s efforts should start to come to fruition. Another four weeks isn’t long to wait if Peter keeps to his word.

Peter outlined how a bolstered team and strengthened partnerships will enable multiple trials to run in parallel, including the planned commercial-scale trial with MSC, marking an important step towards broader adoption. 

 

During the interview, Jason also highlights the clear environmental and economic benefits of the Quadrise emulsion fuel technology, including, the significant reductions that can be achieved by both MSAR® and bioMSAR™, including a 20% or more reduction in NOx emissions and near zero black carbon, supporting substantial fuel cost savings, while being fully compatible with existing engines and infrastructure, avoiding the need for costly retrofits. 

 

As Peter noted, “I don't think there's a need for any change in strategy...what we have added now is bandwidth, and we intend to use that.” 

It sounds as though Peter and Jason have hit it off big time, its the catalyst that we have been waiting and calling for.
