What was that contract you put up SC for Valkor supplying the roads department with asphalt, that was a large amount of bitumen indicating decent results.

I also got the impression that Valkor could be on tap well in advance of mid 20206 as reported in the results.

As for Valkor samples, we now have the tech to clean the samples at QRF to be able to blend into usable fuels. This will buy time while Valkor get things in order state side we can look for potential users for the fuel

A recent article in the Financial Times reports that green hydrogen’s high costs are jeopardising Germany’s industrial energy transition. This is an issue that also effects the maritime sector and highlights the need for the industry to engage with available, cost-effective, low carbon solutions, today.

The article highlights that green hydrogen costs around €6 - 10 per kg, which is nearly double the cost of “grey” hydrogen from natural gas. This greatly impacts its commercial viability, forcing steelmakers and heavy industries to delay flagship “green” projects.

Additionally, strict EU rules on what qualifies as green hydrogen add further complexity, which has stalled its development.

Quadrise’s emulsion fuels offer a practical pathway to decarbonisation, reducing emissions now, whilst using existing infrastructure, and providing a cost-effective bridging solution while the industry waits for future fuels to achieve market viability, at scale.

It does state Antwerp and Bruges Vince, no big deal because they are only a few miles but they do service different vessel types but it’s the first time it’s been mentioned, hopefully some clarity on the whole business model tomorrow during the call.

Another interesting point, unless I'm missing something is that the fuel is to be manufactured in both Antwerp and Bruges after the trials have taken place, the fuel for the trial is specifically stated as being produced at Antwerp, Belgium.

The fuels for the trial are to be produced using a Quadrise Multi-fuel Manufacturing Unit ('MMU') and associated equipment, which will be installed at the MAC² bunker facility in Antwerp, Belgium. MSAR® and bioMSAR™ fuels will then be produced using fuel oil and glycerine feedstocks supplied by Cargill, who will also be responsible for managing bunkering operations together with third parties to store and deliver the fuel batches to the MSC vessel. During the LONO trial the parties expect to conclude a Commercial Supply Agreement and secure bioMSAR™ bunker supply operations to the marine sector by Cargill from MAC2 facilities in Antwerp and Bruges on a permanent basis.

It would seem allot of progress has been made with only one outstanding agreement, MSC and Cargill.

Leandra leaves Italy today to embark on a Med schedule, I wonder if the holdup with the trial is the Leandra having a class defect. Seems everything else is in place just awaiting MSC to sign with Cargill.

Progress in this project has been made during the year as follows:

· In November 2024, the Company signed the binding three-way Collaboration and Operational Trial Agreement with MSC and Cargill, paving the way for vessel trials on board the MSC Leandra.

· Drafting of the Cargill tolling agreement has been completed, along with related fuel supply arrangements, with the execution of the MAC² services agreement completed in April 2025.

· ISCC certification and bunker permits were secured with the Company supporting both MSC and Cargill in gaining a dedicated bunker barge for the trial duration.

· Site preparation at MAC² has also advanced with concreting works completed and essential Quadrise manufacturing equipment procured.

· Our teams, alongside Auramarine, with whom the Company also signed a collaboration agreement, have also conducted inspections of the MSC Leandra, which will host the forthcoming trial.

Her AIS status changed overnight, she is now approaching Gioia Tauro, Italy, then a three week pause in schedule. Interesting to see where she’s off too on her downtime.

Leandra arrives in Türkiye, scheduled for the 27th but that seems to be optimistic given her current location. There’s a three week break after that before she arrives in Malta on the 21st of October. She is scheduled for a Med. deployment which if it goes as stated takes her from her Antwerp visits for the time being.

Her new schedule:- Hadria Service

A new container service has recently started between Egypt (Abu Kir port) and the terminals of Trieste, Koper and Rijeka. The service, called “Hadria” and launched by MSC, currently deploys two vessels with capacities of 2,700 and 4,000 TEUs respectively. The rotation includes calls at Abu Kir (Alexandria, Egypt), Trieste, Koper, Rijeka, Gioia Tauro, and back to Abu Kir.

She must be close to needing a dry docking for a lick of antifoul, may see her spending a couple of weeks in an Eastern med dry dock while like us, she awaits signatures.

Thor tech does bring a cleaner product, obviously not clean enough as yet, Valkor were talking of boiling the diesel from the bitumen, once this process starts we should see a much cleaner product for us to emulsify.

Enhancing quality, good enough for roads but not yet tweaked for samples. Trouble is, do they need a refinery or centrifuge to remove the contaminants before it can be processed by Quadrise.

The recent approvals and financing secured for our first mined oil sands marked a significant milestone and we are now focused on increasing oil production and enhancing product quality.
