I emailed Deltic a couple of days ago and got a reply today.
This is what they said.

We are currently in an offer period and until that period ends, under the Takeover Code, we are unfortunately prevented from any discussion with shareholders.
However, we will respond when that restriction is lifted.

You are one of the more well informed/read people on here and I don't want to become a pain in asking you to many questions, but.
Deltic have set aside money for their commited work with Shell. How much does that leave them for other work?
£13/£15 million does not seem a lot.

It tells you the share buy options of the various directors. That is their incentive to deliver.

Mike007 this could be awful news, it could, but I think positive. This could be the start of something. Look at the time of the RNS. To late for it to make any impact on the share price. This share is obviously viewed in a positive light. Lets see what happens from here.
