I had thought they were at a key stage in their development. Some great contracts, on numerous panels, good tender team, CFO who knows what he is doing (hope he is confirmed in CEO post) - potential first profit. Very clear serious mistakes made in the past over financials and the sale of the business - also never bought why Luceco sold its stake and the lack of explanation over these sudden departures. As I say as long as nothing sinister to come (obviously some chance of that) then we should be up and away in my view

Need an update with the decks having been cleared to this extent. Understandable given the many mistakes (but seemed to be in the past with new FD on board) so why now - hope there is not something grim that has come to light rather then just getting a stronger team to take this company where it should be.

Total change at the top - probably encouraged by radaptive/harwood. Serious business acumen in the current team - less worried about anything sinister - looks like clearing the decks after mistakes made in the last couple of years

Departure must mean background issues. FD a great person to fill the role so that is a plus but SP will drift lower without explanation. Hope comms have been good with the workforce - H seemed quite a charismatic person

I hope will shortly confirm why the CEO suddenly resigned just as the company turns a massive corner. At the very least confirmation that all goes well and there is not a sinister explanation for HS’s sudden departure. Interim CEO seems impressive.

I never understood HS’s involvement in REE given his role as CEO in EAAS. So not a surprise but I liked his approach and he seemed to have strong communication and people skills. A shame but the FD has been superb since starting, the business seems to be strong so I am hoping the FD ‘s position as CEO is made permanent

There is a seller getting rid of chunks of shares which then crashes the SP. Company has finally delivered on its predictions - now needs to show it can win some large scale contracts now that schools’ work is coming to a conclusion … this share price will then quickly rise

Seems a quality act with lots of events, LinkedIn entries, ideas and on key panels. Also, in a brilliant area of business in terms of helping reduce climate change. Still risky for sure but potentially a fantastic share for the future - now if that pesky seller would desist!

They have delivered on a highly significant aggressive revenue target after historic issues and are controlling costs - seems a great mix between innovation and a strong finance team lead by cash conscious FD.

I very much like the conservative accounting change which will more accurately reflect the progress the company is making. This looks an exciting update. Few more major contract wins and we will be on our way in this environmentally driven company. Love the loan being re-paid and the schools project completed on time - must have been incredibly challenging

Agree. Just need to show they have a grip on costs, put in decent numbers in line with expectations and in time this company is really going places IMV (I would say that as I have invested here!). Could not be in a matter area of the economy and the proposition is unbeatable - seem to have great staff too

Despite OP. and exciting drill upcoming I guess is one of the reasons why they prefer not including retail investors who are quicker to sell on a discounted raise

Not a rights issue to include PIs - clear the potential here is significant but it needs to be properly funded following the failure to pick up the bonus payments from the sale of the hived off business

Believe in this company - in a brilliant market, love redaptive’s support but no good building a business unless cost controlled and cash managed - FD looks the real deal so very hopeful.

But in the past problem with accounts, sale of business did not bring in money indicated and although good news re schools H are supposed to be investors in this business but yet have hosed them on this loan - who needs friends… I have sold some of my shares today but still retain a sizeable chunk. Need to be more conservative with dates and realistic re the future - develop trust. Think half year numbers will be key. Would be a crime given the opportunity and their positioning in the market for this to fail.

History of doing just this hence the dark nature of the note. Pay up or end of company. Rinse and repeat. Under WH who does seem the best of a bad bunch, the serenity drill being the prime folly

Due to Bo’s involvement I will reluctantly vote for this - to their credit they have finally found a hugely promising asset.

Informed by HL that they are not using the intermediary put forward by TRX so although I would have tried, I can’t. At some point would like to use the massive right off re tax but can’t even do that
