With the production lines up and running and the on-boarding of 14m worth of ex-murata customers orders annually on top of pre-existing customers and license deals any fears of cash flow issues have evaporated. On top of that add the new ranges, new expanding demand and markets, potential for new license deals (thinking XS power at least) especially after the IOXUS ruling, all at the same time as the world wakes up what the world will look like post covid put us in a great place and certainly isn't reflected in the current SP IMO. Then add 5m from IOXUS/XSPower if we can get it and something orders of magnitudes higher from Maxwell...Happy days.
Is it because people haven't read past the title of the RNS? they haven't read the RNS itself or understood what it means? It means (paraphrasing an earlier RNS) that the Board believes that the project to transfer the production lines which has now been successfully completed enable CAP-XX to achieve significant levels of profitability.
Well OS the patent wording was solid enough to convince AVX (Mcap 3.665B) , Murata(38.8B) , TDK(13.5B) , CDE and then Ioxus in the same court , with the same judge with the same wording. What words do you think are ambiguous? have you actually send and read the patents? seen how simply they are worded?
Someone makes up a rumor on twitter about a $100mm Tesla deal being rejected and the price flies for a few days. We get confirmation via RNS that the plan to enable profitability has been delivered upon and the share price drops.
From RNS:-
.The Board believes that the Acquisition should enable CAP-XX to achieve significant levels of profitability once the production lines have been transferred
.Anticipated that production of supercapacitors using the Assets will recommence in the third calendar quarter of 2020
.
The Board understands that Murata's total supercapacitor sales are currently running at approximately A$14 million per annum. For the year ended 30 June 2019, CAP-XX reported revenue from continuing operations of approximately A$3.2 million (which includes royalties from its licence to Murata).
.The Board believes that Murata's sales mix is complementary to that of CAP-XX, as the main market segments for both CAP-XX and Murata are IoT wireless sensors, automotive and smart meters.
So the web site shows Ex-Murata Supercapacitors being manufactured directly by CAP-XX, the RNS tell us that the project to install the production lines was successfully completed. The kit was procured way below its value, the project was completed without draining any cash. The target was 3rd quarter and despite COVID delays it has been completed already. What exactly is there not to like? Anyone?
OS you moaned about the licensing model when direct sales became more important you moaned. You moaned about not defending IP then moaned about defending it. You stated the only important thing is sales, then the only important thing is the shareprice, then the only important thing i cash in the bank, you now have the ex-murata production lines up and running and you moan that they saved cash doing it. You have absolutely no credibility IMO. Get off your browser/app and go dig that hole.
19 August 2020 when the scope of works was successfully completed. Murata produc tion lines up and running ex-murata supercapacitors now being manufactured directly by CAP-XX. Ahead of time. Yes OS ahead of time.
So TechieMan, looking at your history to are here to **** off one stock at a time on this account, moved from SXX to CPX and have limited derogatory posts to call on. Funny you all turn up at the same time to try to talk down the stock :- You, Carbuncle, PrivateParts, Wayne....2 others I am waiting for..... just as things turn for the good. Why do you guys bother? Is it a job? is it really rewarding? What the heck do (at least did, pre Covid) you say at parties? What do you do? "I am a ****". Do you really think everyone else is so stupid to believe in you?
Very very encouraging signs that good news is around the corner and that all the positive research shared here recently had taken back control of the board. Looks as though Basher thought he might be losing so called in the 4 donkeymen (PrivateParts, Carbuncle, Wayne's alter ego graKing and Death himself) of the apocalypse to support his dire messages of doom, disaster, downfall, decline and definite death. Disappointing though if they really believe anyone thinks their contributions to be in the slightest bit interesting or actually matter.
OS, you had plenty of opportunity to make a profit all the way up to 18p and back down again, loads of opportunities to sell in the mid teens. It is what sp do. The idea is to sell high and buy low. And don't blame it on hindsight or on AK, blame it on greed and/or lack of a plan to sell some % at some sp. So what you need to do now is come up with that plan. At what sp will you start to sell and how many? I don't want to know, I want you to know.
OS as you said "I am perfectly prepared to be educated" and as we know education starts at home, you can find the purchase price of the Murata kit and relocation project costs in an RNS. Murata's range of supercapacitors can be found on their website. Have a go, you never know you mighty enjoy starting to research.
