The problem I have always found with AIM is that if you wait until the good news RNS comes you will get locked out of buying as the MM certainly do not prioritise PI at those times. If I was AK having already said that own production will start in October, samples will be available to customers by the end of October and that the full year results as also expected in October, I would do things in exactly that order. By the time the results come out everything will be sorted and PC01's £7mm per annum profit will have started. I know it wont be a full year thsi time around, but it will be happening. The price will rocket and you won't get in IMO. If he gives an update and all the good stuff is still in the future I'd jump on a plane to Sydney and have word except I'll not be allowed in due to Covid restrictions..
Fully agree PC01. That is exactly why I am still here too. £7mm profit would equate to the higher end of 16p-24p as a share price IMO. We are very close to being in that position timewise. Also the market is growing, supercaps will start replacing / supplementing batteries in a multitude of uses, green credentials, growing market, high margin and still with global license deals done and more coming. We are still R&D also so will be ahead of the curve on new technologies, we are going to need a bigger sauce boat.
Anything to do with Zak Mir? Anyone ever followed up on his analyses? Is it all charting and algos, does he have his ear to the ground or is it mostly hindsight when things start to move he uses charting to see how far they will go? Why did he choose CAP-XX this weekend?
OPENSPACES you are easily your own worst enemy. What the Company actually said was "CAP-XX is now pursuing the recovery of the US$4.9m court award, though it remains unclear whether this will be successful". It is in the last RNS, the RNS can be found on this lse website under the CPX Live RNS icon. You click on it and they appear by the magic of code, easy to do..
Yes Dartmootbliss, you would think so and you would like it to be but it isn't the case. Google "us takeover fraudulent transfer” or “us takeover fraudulent conveyance" and you will quickly see why it isn't the way you want it to be. What the outcome will be will take a lot more research and will probably need a team us law degree and a lifetime of experience is m&a to determine, ak will have those on board, but not on this board. I guess that is why kennyj got short shrift for his question looking for an easy answer. Just a little research shows that. IMO we have to defend our ip regardless. We can still get the payment, we would obviously win the same case against xspower and it means our ip is strong globally which means others need to take note. So not the un-researched un-informed usual doom and gloom only option as spouted by the old man.
OS' position is simple. He will always take a contrary position. For example he has opposed both defending IP and not defending IP. He opposed the Murata deal and supported the Murata deal, the list of inconsistencies goes on and on. He also admitted he did no research before investing and doesn't understand the technology or the nature of the markets for supercapacitors and the markets in general. He will question anything positive and support anything negative. If indeed he has contacted CAP-XX then it will be first, but I hope it is true. Although he professes to hold 1.3m shares his mission is clearly to destroy any positive sentiment on this board and try to talk the sp down. It is as though AK stole his first wife and this is how he intends to get his own back. IMO just a lonely old man used to committee life and this is his chosen forum for social engagement. Sad, but nonetheless a very clever wordsmith and would be a worthy ally if he could be re-programmed, probably Sexeys' discussion group champion in the 1800's.
OS the company communicated its strategy on pursuing patent infringement cases in its interim update on 16th March, it then said it is continuing its action against Maxwell. So the company has told you everything you need to know on the matter IMO. If that doesn't make sense to you or you need them repeat it more often then mail them on investors@cap-xx.com.
Best thing you can do (maybe second best thing) is ask the only people who know, mail investors@cap-xx.com with your question. He has always replied to me, sometimes he even called to discuss. You have email? Much more likely to get an answer you won't moan about.

"Dr Richard Buick, CTO of Fusion Antibodies, said: "We are committed to developing the highest quality reagents to be used in the fight against COVID-19. Recent lab studies have shown that results using our antigens correlate 100% with clinical data from patients infected with SARS-CoV-2. We are using these high quality antigens to pan our human antibody library for SARS-CoV-2 neutralising antibodies, and we are delighted to now be able to make these antigens available to companies and researchers around the world to Test, Track & Trace this disease."
