Not so sure about your prediction of a price drop, hoping to buy @ 3.125. Sure the price will drift if no news comes, but the full year results are soon, the update just givenwas very positive. There is cash, production, orders up 50%, 14m worth of new customer orders expected, market growth, Ioxus win - XSPower must be next & maxwell potential. This is the year we start to be profitable. Lots of positives.
Don't forget 2.2m shares have just been issued to cover the cost of installation of the ex-Murata production lines. They were at 3.571p so a nice profit already for nothing. Would you not sell if that was your income. Can't eat shares, but these days, being held electronically.

I have found links which suggest to me that one possible remedy for patent infringement (if that ever were to happen) would be an injunction to prevent the the defendant from using the products which infringed such patents either temporarily or permanently. That could be messy for party which infringed the patents. I'm off to read more around this.
OS "Business is simple its about making a profit". Hmm previously you said it was all about sales, then about keeping shareholders happy, then about the share price, then all about cash in the bank. Tesla became the most valuable car maker in the world without making a profit. Not so simple as you'd want it to be is it? Maybe too un-simple for some to grasp, don't you think?
