Scancell founder says the company is ready to commercialise novel medicines to counteract cancer. Watch the video here.
I believe that if one was to place a telephone order via a broker they are legally obliged to provide a quote within the EMS limit for a trade and commit to that, so I suspect the trades that are going through are via that mechanism. Anything online is blocked. Has to be good news.
They don't seem to be in any rush. Maybe they thought that they're would be more sellers, I thought there would be more taking their 10% yesterday. Maybe that was why we had to endure all the negative posters recently, trying to kill any remaining sentiment. Maybe if they don't get more traction they give up, hopefully not.
My guess is that there is a big order being worked in the background, the bid is being increased slowly to encourage holders to sell, once there are sells you see the impact on the trade price. Either an iii loading, someone testing the water maybe for a takeover or OS averaging down. Doesn't feel like a pump and dump.
All IMHO.
NT Negotiated Trade. Where there is no online trading available, have to call broker for a price. Happens when too many transactions for orderly settlement, shortage of stock, larger orders etc
That is the oddest days trading I have seen, NT nearly all day, totally held back by the MM. If I were planning a hostile takeover I'd send in Techiebloke and his buddies to prepare the patch (hmm) and then a day like today to test the water. Question is if that is the game then what is the response? We can all sell out to suit ourselves individually (obviously the most likely outcome given the posts on here recently, and why not?) or build some herd immunity to any buyout and defend the sp. The choice is each of ours, depends on what you are prepared to sell out for. I suspect the shareholding of this board , however hostile to each other, is large and material. Only one of many scenarios, but what a weird day and with no naysayers. Where did they go all of a sudden on the day of the biggest rise for ages?
Isn't it shame that all those posters who have been so vociferous of late are missing out on the day the price is rising despite heavy control on the availability of shares to buy. The aren't here to blame AK on the rise. Shame.
I used to use this board, it used to be full of good research (facts) and shared opinions (not facts) related to the company, its tech/product and its markets. It was generally positive and optimistic, well it should be, also the price tended to rise back in the day so it was easier to be more optimistic. The board ought to be populated by those who have an active interest in the share price not by those telling everyone the directors are going to screw everyone invested and that is there only strategy. It was entertaining and useful. OS was there with his uber pessimistic view of everything, he said he provided balance, pretty sure with balance like that he would need stabilisers. Now there is still some good content but far too much *****ing. Why not get the willy measuring contest out of the way and make it useful again?
