Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
Just like the football club then
The AVX fees have always been transparent. What is about you that has to turn everything into a negative. You don't lie just misconstrue everything into some sort of word game to discredit the stock. Does my head in. Sad old man. I'm off out of this board. GLA to all decent holders. PP1 is a breath of fresh air.
So OS are you arguing that we would be better off if AVX didn't make those one-off/ three off payments? Weird. maybe they were in lieu of court judgement penalties? I'm not saying just asking.
What OS? the last thing you said about addressing the AGM was it would be demeaning for you, now you propose PP1 should do it on you behalf, to do your demeaning jobs for you, because you are above that? bury the hatchet? where exactly would you like it to be buried?
OPENSPACES - you said the last Allenby missive predicted a full year profit for 18/19 of AUD83K. I think you found that in the report from Oct 2017, five reports ago, with one awaited. Is that right? Hopefully you'll be preparing qustions to challenge AK at the upcoming AGM this year or do you just want to bang on and on and on and on here?
OPENSPACES - I've just glanced at the last three Allenby reports none of them that I can see forecasted any profit, even by end 2020. Please can you provide your source or evidence of that forecast. Thanks.
OPENSPACES - read the RNS, I mean all of it, digest it, understand what it is saying. You moan about lack of communication, when you get some you don't seem to want to accept it. it has been said many times last year wasn't going to be good that is done. We are now looking forward from last June.
The Company has been successful in winning new business from a range of these markets, such as ABB industrial actuators, E-Ink displays, Itron smartmeters, Ingenico POS terminals, Honeywell scanners, Thales systems, Roche wearable pumps for diabetics, Turck electronic locks, VW dashboards and Yamaha sound systems.
OS specifically what is the downside of all that? Have you actually read the RNS? Research the companies and products a bit before you recycle the same old same old.
Interesting read https://electrek.co/2019/10/07/tesla-maxwell-ultracapacitor-business/amp/ . If there is something big happening behind the scenes there has to be a fair chance it involves Tesla/Maxwell. The takeover was only a few months ago, the court action was initiated after the takeover but they are due to respond this week. Coincidence?
ASIC have the power to vary the financial reporting deadlines (https://asic.gov.au/regulatory-resources/financial-reporting-and-audit/preparers-of-financial-reports/relief-from-corporate-finance-provisions/ ). Also I have found reference to a late payment fee of $80 https://asic.gov.au/for-business/running-a-company/annual-statements/ but that relates to late payment of annual fees not to late lodgement of annual reporting ---- Please can you share your source/or the link to $80 fee for late financial reporting. Thanks
Some say it indicates a RNS has been lodged. Another reason can be 1 trade buys and sells are used to check adherence Bid/Ask spread. Autotrading could it, but that ought to be a considered bug, costing more to trade than the trade is worth, whatever deal they are on. Sometimes funny chaps make them to wind the RNS believers up. There must be technical reasons why low number trades are made and a 1 trade has to be just as possible as any other number. Anyone know more? There are certainly abundantly more 1 trades than any other low number.
My mind keeps returning to the report of the Tesla takeover of Hibar. "The quiet purchase — not previously reported — happened between July and October of this year, public records show". We have effectively taken Telsa to court, given our technical expertise why the heck wouldn't they buy us out instead of coming to some settlement or fighting a protracted court case. We are cheap as chips at present. The quiet purchase - not previously reported...Telsa looked .... for technical expertise with it's 25 person team. .......
