Think you need to separate out the “ Science” which imo I can’t find anyone who has expressed a negative opinion and the “ ability of SCLP“ to develop the science into producing trial data.
I have certainly had reservations regarding this matter and again imo if you look at the actual evidence that is a reasonable summation.
So personally I did look upon the recent funding as being fundamental in terms of moving forward in terms of removing the need for funding at a decent price. Again I can’t remember anyone being totally confident prior to the news about the level or the price.Plus of course the external validation provided by all the DD.
The confirmation of a mAB deal being in advanced commercial discussion is again great potential news but it is not enough simply to have great science unless you generate trial data to prove that greatness.
So we all have different strategies but increasing or decreasing your position based on fundamentals or TA makes perfect sense to me.
Prior to the recent funding to me the history of the BoD was not good in developing the science.
Others can disagree which is fine but not us let pretend that the crystal ball measured by the SP as being hazy for quite a few years has been clear from the start without the benefit of hindsight.

WTP my tuppence worth.
The recent excellent fund raise and removal of any funding requirement and validation by Redmile etc provided the game changing background to propel forward.
The prospect of a mAB deal and the UKRI grand for Covid 19 Vax has provided a real short term catalyst to boost the SP which think most people were agreed was far too low ( once funding issue was sorted).
Also think the long term prospects and fact OO was oversubscribed provided nice impetus to SP.
Add in new investors attracted by Covidity and a few traders added fuel to the fire.
What pleases me further is not only the consolidation but the TA explained by Crackin( Golden Crosses and 50/200 MA) etc.
Also a very large increase in volume with a rising sign is very bullish.
You normally get pull backs on any big rise and it may happen but think next week will be telling as late price monitoring extensions and volume late Friday indicates to me something is happening.
As always we can only guess but interesting to see what happens Monday.
Odds for further rises look good to me but as always expect the unexpected.
No history of leaks in SCLP

As the June 11th RNS was with Merck it may and with Venn it may be that this is a phase 2b study again with MK 1654 ( will have to check further) but in any case it is a great endorsement of Orph by one of worlds top pharma.
It may be even better as it shows the possible follow up linkage from Hvivo to Venn as part of phased trial process.

The interesting one from the Clinical Trial website is No 15 which is the completion of the Phase 2a MK 1654.This was on Sept 7th
This will likely trigger a payment from Merck.

The start date of trial is Sept 7th but they are recruiting.
You are right in they normally appear on Clinical Trials website about 2 months after initial RNS but there is no exact correlation.
The RNS would appear before clinical trials started as they are now recruiting and preparation work needs to be done.
Plus on clinical trial website the first change is on 7th Sept unless I have missed something

Think most of us have enjoyed reading these boards lately and been some really good threads.
Of course their should be plenty of discussion and people will disagree but can we please draw a line under past differences which invariably lead the board into disarray and tit for tat arguments.
We know there are strong characters here who will respond if challenged and that is right but we know where it will end.
It does not get much more harmonious on here than me and Inanaco thanking each other for the others post and Burbles and others posting has been a breath of fresh air.

When I was in N4P Nuvec was always the 2nd string to the bow then.

Had just read the Burble post re 90%.As I said earlier had a busy day so hard to chew through 70-80 Posts even if they contain good stuff.I just thought 90% was very high.

You could make a very good case for Nuvec platform which is testing both oncology and Covid 19 vectors and you have the JC connection.

Once again Burble you raise one of the issues in children and the need for new treatments.
When I worked for Sanofi their charity of choice was the TCT and that helped make me aware of some of the specific cancer issues facing this group.
