Harry, given your negative view, why don't you sell?
I can never understand (or simply do not trust) people who claim to hold a stock and then talk it down and say that they expect it's going to fall [further].
If, on balance, you wouldn't consider this to be a good level to buy, and see a profit from here, then you should sell and accept the loss. Better to take a loss that to lose more.
Personally I see a short term return to the 80p placement price (given that nobody it selling at a profit here and soon enough the algo shorts will have to close). Longer term they the PRA/NNEG risk is now put to bed. And they have a considerably strengthened balance sheet to go forwards.

He has more shares now than he did prior to that exercise. So I'm not sure how you can spin that to be 'offloading'.

People will always (try to) interpret things to suit their own agenda. I notice that you didn't mention Rodney buying 250k shares at 80p in the placing? ;-)

He sold 100000 to pay the tax bill accompanying the exercising the share option. The fact that he is choosing to take them now is actually a sign of confidence.

Nice show of confidence for an ii to invest c.£250k.

The ordinary value of the shares issued is 1p. They cannot issue shares at sub 1p without a resolution passed with shareholder approval. So my statement is accurate that, in the short term, they cannot raise funds at sub 1p.

We did recently needed to raise funds ... we needed millions of dollars to aquire a new industrial site at a key location to base operatons. Investors were happy to fund this via CLNs issued at a 50% premium. They will make a loss on the CLNs unless the sp rises. Serious show of confidence.

Agreed. Almost no volume available sub 0.7p.
Either they will give up waiting for people to sell, or they will buy on the open market. Either way sp heading north

Just a little patience required.
3 of the 4 trades this morning are buys. Nobody is selling at a profit here.
0.6p support has proven excellent.
Imo the ruffer shares are still changing hands. And so the MMS have ammunition to keep the sp down, and sweep up the extra shares from the impatient. Not going to hold for much longer. Hence the big buys reported last night.
Just a little patience folks. Or sell. No difference to me or to the sp.

I'm in for longer term but for anyone interested in a quick 30% this is an absolute gift.
No short term downside as the company can't raise funds at sub 1p. Recent ii investment at 1p. Potential transformational EU grant.
Nobody going to be keen to sell as it would be at a loss.
1p within days is nailed on imo. Easy 30%.
