Sadly I suspect they are a rollover and not someone buying. This is supported by the fact that you can still buy significant volume @ 0.97 but cannot get a quote (on HL) to sell over 500k.
We need clarity about the gov loan and/or restarting operations or this will continue to slide.

I think the fact came from 8% of annual turnover, which would be around $500k.
The wording is unclear as to whether it's capped at 1mNIS.
Either way, our overheads are low and with reduced salaries / furlough etc now even lower so I'd hope that the corona impact duration will be sufficiently short for this sort of loan (on top of the BOD loan) to be more than adequate.

Hunky - They / we were saying what we genuinely believed about the company. There was no underlying motive. Now we have new information, that there is going to be a period of impact, I'm happy to say that this view was wrong. Clearly we are being impacted by the pandemic. I feel the BOD are taking the best possible steps. Funding is a concern but a $500k loan from the Israel bank/gov would actually be an net positive for us. So, increased risk and uncertainty, hence the drop in share price.
I have no frustration with you Hunky - I'm very keen to discuss both sides. What I have an issue with, are the vermin who only appear on a day like yesterday (when a decent company is being impacted by the global pandemic) to either gloat or to try and talk the sp further down. In the same way, I have no time for rainbow chasers who turn up on a ramped (p&d) stock with pictures of rockets and lots of off we go. In both cases, it's people trying to burn others for their own benefit.

Plenty of interest on the drop yesterday. So clearly many were waiting for good entry and see the value here.
The diverse product set, SAS revenue and blue chip partner list clearly make the current mcap a steal.
I've re-read the RNS and I'm comfortable that it reads open and honestly. Supply chain impacts are not unusual in these very difficult times and I'm happy that the bod are taking all the right prudent steps.
The fact that the bod recently funded the company and have been taking salary as shares are very positive and make them very aligned.

Don't forget that the only reason these vermin crawl out of the woodwork, is because they want to buy in here. They are taking time to post on the forum of a tiny microcap aim share because they believe they can persuade people to sell, lowering the price, and allowing them to buy in at a bargain.

I'm simply talking about the vermin that appear out the blue. Not posters like hunky who are here year round discussing both pros & cons of the company in a balanced way.

Don't be fooled. These disgusting people want you to lose money so they can benefit.

This is a mandatory RNS. I've spoken to the directors myself and they are very honest 'by the book' types. Hence you don't get the ramping RNS's you see on other aim shares.
Don't forget they loaned the company money themselves. And take most of their salary in shares.

This rns is not the catastrophe that the vermin would have you think. The next RNS will confirm we got a government loan which will be more than enough to tide us over and I'll bet the vermin don't appear that day. Or on the days when new orders come in later in the summer.

Given all the current information - high profile partners, hot IOT tech, multiple areas of interest, bod holding a large % and happy to fund growth, EBITDA positive etc etc. My current belief & target is an mcap of around £20mill. c.5p share price. (Hence I hold over 1% ). Be interested to hear what others are targeting.

They're on it. Don't worry.
In a worst case scenario we only need a couple of hundred thousand pounds to last us for 6 months. Cash burn is very low. An option is that they could simply ask existing holders to increase their holding by 10-20% if needs be.
Ideally they will get a million or so, decent loan, at a decent rate, based on existing orders. Given current interest rates, that should be manageable.
It's not going to be an issue. But I agree it would be ideal to hear asap as it will give a much needed lift to the sp.

Completely agree - three £5k sells have dropped it this far. It's (as always) simply sentiment. Broader concerns mean nobody prepared to buy so the MMs can and will drop it like they've done. Preying on fear.
To be fair, they do the same in the other direction - preying on greed & fomo.
Nothing's changed here. Great opportunity for those with the nuts (and for those who made the right decision and waited. Dougal & Hunky) . As everyone has said - now's when the rich get richer.
I'm looking at an eye watering paper loss (that I can't afford). I invested too much. But I am well aware that, no matter how much I'm worried, now is an absolutely stupid time to sell. I will switch off and come back in a month or so.

Hunky. Interesting musings. You may be right but it does sound a bit of a conspiracy theory.
The volume is usually so low, I'm more inclined to think it's just normal buying & selling based on emotional rollercoaster like elsewhere.
And I disagree about the MMs. On the ugly market days recently they definitely opened this down, which conveniently triggered some stops. I do believe they can & do manipulate many aim shares.

Yes, acquisition must be a strong option here too. At this level any one of our partners might simply decide to buy the firm. Makes sense with their dependence on us. Bosch is a prime example.

Spoke to Michael Rosenberg yesterday evening. Funding is in hand.
The bod have been paid in share options at 1.25p for a long while. They're very much aligned here.
Thankfully being editda positive with ample orders, we're going to be able to get favourable (non dilutative) funding to service these orders.
The high profile client base and the fact that we're embedded in their products & dev further strengthen our position.
Shame to see the sp sub 1p. Clearly everyone under water. Cheap buying for some lucky buggers.
Looking forward to getting that news about the funding to supply the new orders in the near future.

You also didn't 'get it' when the sp moved up rapidly on small volume a week or so ago.
As I explained then, there is only a tiny free float, this causes the volatility on tiny volume.
