There is no clause making him sell. He walked away and it appears he has now decided to sell. It's his money, he could have held onto those shares and surely would of, if he'd expected a short term recovery.

There's a swathe of new speculators on here today looking for a quick 5-10% on a bounce. Any sign of a drop any they'll be gone. Hence I suspect the MMS will drop it below 9 soon. Instant volume for them - from the new speculators selling and the bargain hunters who've been waiting to buy sub 9.
I won't be buying as charts & L2 suggest there's plenty further to drop.
Sub 8p and I might start taking small amounts.

Lloyd. You're absolutely spot on. The MMS will walk it slowly down, with mini rises to give hope as they need to encourage buyers. It's all about volume for them. 5% drop per day. With all the rampers declaring daily "this is the bottom. Get in now. About to take off"

All evidence suggests that related parties and ex directors are all selling. I absolutely take that as a sign not to buy just now.
They clearly don't see 9 as anywhere near bottom.

Hunniford. Depends on your exposure. If you're in too heavy then yes, I'd sell chunk. If it goes titsup then you lose less, if it continues to slide then you can buy back cheaper and if it bags overnight the you still have enough in to make a profit. Jmo

Sorry - ex directors

Seems the rampers are quiet today.
Feel really sorry for those suckered into buying JB's millions of shares on the back of a promised 20p buy back. And then suckered into holding them as the value drops - on the back of all the ramping, allowing the directors to sell out at a better price.
Some will be really stung when it's 6p and there starts to be doubts about the company's future.

15p is blind optimism.
Like most of the posters on here who were expecting a short term quick profit and are now sitting on paper losses and convincing each other that the sp is guaranteed to recover. Clearly it's not guaranteed.

What's even more moronic is that the list of trades actually suggest it's dropping. Look at the larger (>£10k) trades. They might say buy but clearly from the price these are chunky sells.

We know you're underwater, panicking and desperately hoping the sp will recover. But trust me, these posts won't help.
Wait a couple of months. Either they will restart lending, claims won't escalate and the sp will multibag or the firm will go bust. Your posts won't change that. And I can't imagine the state you're going to get in when the sp drops below 8p.

So many posters desperately wishing and hoping. Reality is going to be painful.
If we don't restart lending until next year, and there's an ugly increase in claims (both highly possible) then this the business could collapse altogether. This is a binary bet on a very high risk share.
Best case, imo, is the steady drop continues until the 5-7p range as the short term traders (who're now tied in as 'long term investors' ) get bored or nervous, and bail.

You know a share is going to drop heavily when it's trending down and people start declaring that "this is the bottom".
It's over bought!! To a crazy degree. Anyone wanting shares has had ample chance to buy them! The incompetent bod have hung on. There's no longer the hope of a 20p magic bullet. Stop kidding yourselves, it's not the bottom. Not even close.

Sadly a huge proportion of the 61% went to short term speculators, sold a promise of a quick buck with a 20p buy back. Initially I bought into this too.
If it wasn't for that carrot then the 61% would have dropped the sp much much lower. As you will soon see.
Now we have loads and loads of holders, underwater, crossing fingers and hoping for a rise to let them out.
This situation will only get worse.

I'm not a betting man but i've got a sneaky feeling I know what you're going to say at 8p and then at 7p.
Imo the sp will drop to and then lurk around the 5-7p level for much of October. People will get very nervous about directors jumping ship and then selling. And about increased claims.
Then, around Dec/Jan it will either go bust or multibag.
