PYX Resources: Achieving volume and diversification milestones. Watch the video here.
Actually you can buy at .66 and falling. Why would anyone buy when you can buy cheaper later... And therefore lose less money when it de-lists?
Haha - based on ... erm ... because you bought shares and want it to go up ... LOL.
Hercules effectively own the company now. Rather than go through all that, they offered the BOD the chance to raise a few mill and pay them off cheap. Last spin of the wheel. You'll notice that the specifics were left out of the RNS. Sadly for the shareholders, the market has seen this for what it is, and the sp is now at a level where a fund raise of this level is out of the question. Within a few days the BOD will be forced to delist and Hercules will 'try' to sell the IP to the highest bidder to re-coup some of their losses. Sadly for them, nobody will want the IP of a twice rejected drug.
Will be some dissapointed fools when the de-listing RNS pops up.
IG
0.1p or delisted this week. Any bets on which?
IG
I can imagine stocktracker scrabbling to sell out but MMS not interested.
0.6 ish to sell mid volume. Large volume no chance.
Oh dear
I can see this hit 0.1 today.
They will have to delist soon and there are far more who need out than a few newbie speculators who can't read.
The rns is clear. They suggested a huge fund raise to pay off the loan. That is no longer an option at this sp - so it is only a matter of days (or potentially hours) before they delist and shareholders get nothing.
Be very careful.

Based on what? A bunch of ramping posts by one poster? The licence extension was applied for nearly 2 years ago. There is absolutely no reason to think it's "very close to being agreed".
This year's accounts made it clear that the BOD no longer feel they can assign any value to the project in Georgia. That recent update makes it clear to me that a licence extension is definately not close to being agreed!?!?
"The Directors have reviewed the estimated value of each project prepared by management and have concluded that the project in Georgia be impaired to £Nil. The Georgian exploration asset was impaired in full due to the ongoing exploration licence negotiations. The Group applied for an extension to this licence on 10 October 2017 however are still awaiting an outcome. As a result of the uncertainty the Directors have determined its appropriate to impair the asset to £Nil until further notice. "

Just watching Wisha. The BOD have made a real pigs ear of this. Questions should be asked of the fat salaries, and the lack of skin in the game. Some decent people have taken big loses here, feel really bad for them.
IG
The AMP tally ... they had 3.9m last Thursday.
Looks like they are being forced to sell, at any price. Best guess is that their sells are:
1st Jul - 400k
2nd Jul - 500k
3rd July - 600k
And guesses for the late trade today? ;-)
And how low will it go to find buyers for the final 900k on Monday?
I've put a cheeky little buy order in for 1.2p ...
IG
Unfortunately £1.6m mcap is way over the top now. Which is saying something.
Can see 0.5p over the coming weeks
IG
On my small punt.
Good news that some of the directors are no longer taking a salary but the formal acceptance that the asset can no longer be included on the balance sheet kills the case to invest for me and I don't want to sit and watch them slowly shut up shop.
Ig
fair value as things currently stand is about £25m mcap. So 7.3p s/p.
You won't catch me selling any on little 10-15% bumps.
Patience required
IG
broken :-)
IG
We've sat at £5m mcap for years (ranging from £3-8m). Yet now, finally, we're becoming profitable and self financing.
There's a reason the bod are choosing to take payment in shares. They are very aligned with us wanting to see a significant rerate.
I expect an mcap of £25m this year, with the growth in sp supported by new deals and positive rns.
It won't be straight up, but month on month will look lovely imo.
IG
It's taking so bloomin long to get down to my 1p buy level!!
IG
Not a great sign. Clearly a few panicked here. Might get my 1p buy....
IG
I've been watching for a while, hoping for a sub 1p buy. Looking possible...?
IG
you're
Harry, given your negative view, why don't you sell?
I can never understand (or simply do not trust) people who claim to hold a stock and then talk it down and say that they expect it's going to fall [further].
If, on balance, you wouldn't consider this to be a good level to buy, and see a profit from here, then you should sell and accept the loss. Better to take a loss that to lose more.
Personally I see a short term return to the 80p placement price (given that nobody it selling at a profit here and soon enough the algo shorts will have to close). Longer term they the PRA/NNEG risk is now put to bed. And they have a considerably strengthened balance sheet to go forwards.
IG
He has more shares now than he did prior to that exercise. So I'm not sure how you can spin that to be 'offloading'.
People will always (try to) interpret things to suit their own agenda. I notice that you didn't mention Rodney buying 250k shares at 80p in the placing? ;-)
IG
He sold 100000 to pay the tax bill accompanying the exercising the share option. The fact that he is choosing to take them now is actually a sign of confidence.
