This kind of proves the point that I made some time ago when the board recommended KKR over PHP. My view was that the recommendation for KKR was that the board get to keep their jobs. I wonder who is next to jump before they are pushed.

I understand that PHP was being shorted into oblivion, the idea being to make the KKR bid look attractive. That failed miserably. I have no doubt that the PHP share price will bounce back shortly

Got another message from Interactive Investor to say that the calculated share numbers is correct. I chose maximum cash and PHP are now allocating 0.32 approx PHP shares for every Assura share and 19GBX for every Assura share. I checked the numbers and they do work out to be pretty accurate.

I have just voted Yes. Not that I could swing the vote in any direction.

I have received a secure message from Interactive Investor as I experienced the same issue as you have. Apparently, thie shares that you see in your portfolio is a dummy line. There is no cash at the moment as there is no payment date. The text of the message I received was as follows:

"Thank you for our call earlier today. I am sorry that we got disconnected.

Following your query surrounding your Corporate Action election for the PHP takeover of Assura, our Corporate Actions team have confirmed that you did elect correctly, and I will explain more below:

The Assura stock that you can see under your investments is the assented line, which is essentially a dummy line to show you the action that you have taken for this corporate action.

You originally had x,xxx shares, you then bought y,yyy on the 11th of July, and z,zzz on 1st of August, totalling tt,ttt shares which is the amount that the election was processed on.

This line will be removed when you receive the cash, so it will be paid upon receipt. The reason you haven’t got the cash yet is because there’s no payment date for it yet."

I am with Interactive Investor. I elected the all cash option. This was ignored and they have given me part shares and no cash. Consequently, it is showing red. II seem to manage to screw even the most simplest of things up.

Rarely have I seen such a "sour apples" document. This is meant to spread fear, uncertainty and doubt. Even if I hadn't already made up my mind, this "bad loser" document would have sealed their fate. They really should have spent the effort in making a realistic bid.

Some javascript libraries were hijacked to enable malware to be delivered.. Access was gained using stolen credentials and the amended packages were distributed (about 30 million times each week).

Google has published that the Badbox 2.0 malware has infiltrated over 10 million Android devices so far. Badbox is a botnet that enables DDOS events. It can also be used to drop ransomeware. Devices include tv devices, phones etc.

It is a good RNS for Narf but I am waiting to top up again. Ideally, I want it back around the 0.40 mark. It has an incredible future.

I would agree that the market doesn't understand Narf and that is not unusual for "non standard" companies. One only has to look at Blue Star Capital. From 0.0125 to 26 in the space of a year. The market began to understand. It will be the same here.

Narf have to follow the money, I accept that. My interest is still in infrastructure protection.
