No I don't think it is pie in the sky. CB is no fool and tends to ignor share prices in favour of assets and BZT has the assets. I am confident that were the sp to be nearer 0.50p the majority of posters on this board would be content. We will not do any digging but do need further cash to progress any disposal. The current mc of £900k at 0.10p in no way reflects the potential that any sale could unlock and it seems that a disposal is being pursued. I think the sp could look a little different in a few months time.

Perhaps but you never know. Out of interest I sometimes wonder how many posters on this board can, and do read the UJO Annual Report and know what the company is all about. Or are most simply watching the sp movements and following the rampers and de Rampers. I suspect a lot cannot understand a Balance Sheet and punt for a small gain rather than longer term benefit.

So there we have it a loss in the second half - and with the state of the car market not much to look forward in the half to September. A lower dividend perhaps?

I have a fair holding here but am also well into UJO and of course have my focus on WN. Although RBD has a 25pc interest in WN through its 36pc interest in Rathlin it is the larger Rathlin site that is also of interest to RBD. With so many other interests and with good income from California it makes RBD the more attractive option at sub 1p. I feel the market takes the view that we are a pure investment company and although we are, we are also well into the junior oil sector with investments that have tremendous potentials. Even at 5p we would only have a mc of £160m which is not huge with our assets. This is not a ramp but consider RBDs mc with UJO both of which are undervalued at current levels.

At the moment the sp has not spiked but has climed on steady and more serious buying/investing so to my way of thinking there is still a way to go. WN will be big although how big we need to find out and all the other irons we know about are still in the fire - BIS, Wres, Existing producing fields that have more to offer, a drill ready prospect for late 2019, and the potential with Humber. All this potential is worth a lot more than 0.20p or £21m imo.

This is now back to where the last raise was made and taken by institutions. If it was seen as good value then we should expect to see the sp above the 1p level shortly.

No news on the drill I suspect as there are others in the prospect so it would need to be news from Rathlin. But we may find out or get a hint as to why FL left the BOD

So no one interested in this stock so I will sell my modest 3.1m over the next week or so as I lack any long term interest/ confidence in the BOD. Good luck to all who stay with it.

I have is that I was well into KLN controlled by a few major holders just like NAK, and decided to delist to save costs whilst also identifying low levels of trade. Here we have a couple of large holders who are in the sector and may well decide the same fate.

Nothing wrong with dilution if it can drive a company forward. If any pi feels they have been shafted and continue to believe in the company, they can always top up with the percentage they need.

I realise that many posters are not a fan of CB but he is no fool. - He made a £400k investment at 0.36p because he knows the assets are there and he will also know how to unlock them. Also much of the money came from Tiger Resources and that BOD would not have invested shareholders money unless they bought the story. This could return to 0.36 imo

FL does not own the shares as such it is the Jersey based company I think

The AGM on Thursday will add more to the resignation of Frazer and if there is something brewing then he should not be on the BOD on that day

Conflict of interest so a need to stand down imo. UJO will bid for Humber, issue shares for it which will effect an RTO. DB will remain as Chairman and Frazer will become CEO. Good news

Update in January told us that there was only a break even at the end of the third qtr against a £186k profit at the end of the first half. This meant that the third qtr had lost money and of course this could have carried into the final qtr suggesting a possible loss for the year. The "going concern" in last years report said if trading deteriorates more cash may be needed. Bit of a worry.

The AGM on Thursday will be worth a visit and if we do not have an RNS before I expect DB will be upbeat.

I would imagine that we can expect news or an update next Thursday 13th that will coincide with the AGM and by that time we should see the sp somewhat higher imo.
