Can see this performing well over the coming weeks. Annuals due early September and CB likes to update whenever and wherever he can. Like him or not he knows the mining business and knows his way around and I would expect positive news and potential in September. Anyone not in take a look at BZT, MC of about £850k but massive assets waiting to be exploited and CB invested about £400k at 0.36p. Many don't like BZT as the price has fallen dramatically but I'm happy to follow the money and CB who I feel can make it all work.

What an appalling set of figures. Take a look at Companies House. The Chairman has gone which is the best news - his reputation goes before him and I wonder if he will retain any credibility in the City. We are now a private company with the major shareholder showing no interest. All assets written down including the copper mine that has been written off. The Directors continue to be optimistic though.

Why the drop? MB seems very confident and looks to a first half profit and more for the second half. A £3m cap seems a bit harsh for a recovery stock. MB no fool and is keen to take NBB to a much higher level.

I feel we are grossly undervalued and this will be evident when we start putting ore into JMG. The year end results were out first week in September last year and it will be interesting to see what CB has to say. The MC of £2.5m looks very compelling IMO

We made a profit of some £800k on nil revenues - how much more could we make when production kicks in?

Will hold their AGM next week and we may have an update on Rathlin as they have some 36pc of it. I have interests in both RBD and UJO and can see positives for both over the next few months and by the end of the year I think we can see the UJO sp well up on 0.30p. We will have the benefit of feedback on Rathlin, progress with BIS and the outcome of the Wressle meeting. The collective impact of these positive outcomes could see UJO with a mc of £125 - £150m or a sp of at least 1p. The downside could be that DB gets a knock on his door by a mid cap operator wanting to consolidate the onshore industry which I gues would make sense .

I feel it reasonable to expect an update on current progress at the AGM on Tuesday. I am unable to attend but I am confident S and S will want to morè than justify the recent raise valuation

MC is only about £30m so with BIS, WN, Wressle and the other prospects there is only a fraction of these collective assets factored in the price.

From day one this has been a disaster company. It has lacked building knowledge and those at the top have failed to manage the business and to make money from a positive house building climate. There was a massive issue of shares to move into the retirement sector that brought nothing tangible, only drawings and hope. There is nothing to justify buying so you then need to consider holding the stock or selling at whatever price because that will be what it is worth, on paper or in the bank and as there is little foundation to build on any decision is not difficult IMO

No. I can see any coming together to be by the issue of UJO share for Humber. Egdon are involved in a number of licences with UJO so they could also get involved. I feel we could be in the making of a major on shore oil/gas company here.

MC at the current 0.20p is about £26m and I would think that the Wressle potential, BIS, existing producing sites together with further drill ready prospects are worth that. With the WN gas and oil prospect together with other potential/future drills within the existing licence adding anything up to ten times the existing value, the potential sp of 2p - 2.5p in the next twelve months seems reasonable to any new investor looking at UJO for the first time. DB has done a fantastic job in getting us to where we are now but I feel for the next stage a merger with Humber and FL coming in as CEO with DB taking the role of Chairman is the way forward.

Getting better? Second half showed an increased loss over the first half notwithstanding the savings from the office move. In view of the increase in the s/h loss it is unlikely there will be a profit in the current first half or even the year. Any increase in new consultants will mean a lead time for any revenues to accrue and with ongoing losses I fear more cash may need to be raised. I see that Mr Carter has left the company and is probably the only chairman of a listed company never to have written a Chairmans' report. I think MB will turn the business around but I fear it will be a couple of years before we see any profits. Although there are tax losses we would need a p/t profit of about £700k to provide a pe of 10 at the current 10p. Make sure you have made a will.

The once a year meeting for the benefit of the smaller investors is as ever arranged for 10am. So if you wish to attend and live well away and to the North of London you will need to get travelling at about 6 in the morning. Not very considerate.

£100m may be a bit too much to expect but £5 - £10m would be good. CB only in office for 15 months and I beleive has seen an asset rich company with no cash so looks to find a buyer for Mank and Eureka . Could then use the proceeds to develope in Africa.
