Nothing has changed apart from the sp with some who got in at the recent raise getting out. I still feel a mc of about £150m will be seen in the next year. We will sell WN and concentrate on income producing prospects at BIS and Wressle. We will also develop existing producing sites. So have added a further 4m. GL and be a contra thinker.

Well things just get worse. I would bet that we will see this abortion of a business fail within the next six months.

I tend to agree with your thought that option 1 will not be an outcome. CB is very involved with both JLP and GLR, so could there be a coming together of both to create a more substantial and-integrated mining company in the region I wonder.

Year end figures due in a couple of weeks so there could be further interest ahead of them. There may well be an up date on progress and as we know SG is very keen on prospecting in Indonesia and they appear to like him. As posters have pointed out mc seems somewhat low so any good news should change this.

I guess that if we are to have a raise now looks to be the right time as far as BZT are concerned and to include with the interims.

I certainly lost out with the consolidation and subsequent raise and to compensate to some extent I have topped up and will be under water until we are about 7p. But I worry not as Iam happy to add at current levels.

Also we must acknowledge that GC and his fellow investors are no fools and paid 9p when they bought into this former shell which we had had suspended for ages and with options to get involved with an Indian company which never happened. Clearly these investors are not here for a couple of pubs but rather the long term prospect of building a diverse hospitality business.

Does the income from Cali go into the JV pot or do we get regular cash flow into RBD?

I don't worry too much about NEX as I feel GC will look to move it forward so as to get more liquidity and exposure. Now consolidation of the initial investments have been completed I think the next move will be to raise cash, move to AIM and issue shares for further growth. A lot has been achieved in the first year from quite humble beginnings so with cash, shares and a listing on AIM I think GC will be driving us forward. Not too sure how many follow the company at the moment but I am sure the numbers will improve. MC of £2.5m? Lets see what October brings.

Figures should be out in a couple of weeks or so and I wonder what we can expect going forward as I am sure GC wants to push the business ahead. No further pub deals and I wonder how the car business is doing. Seems to have been a few sales today which I feel is unwarranted as there is plenty of scope here IMO. MC should be nearer £10m in my view - sounds rich but if you consider the potential revenue we should be topping up. Any thoughts Fortitude?

A positive result from the Wressle meeting in about 6 weeks time should add considerable momentum to the sp. We can of course expect more good news from WN. Problem is we need to be invested before news breaks or see a 50% increase in the sp

The new facility is a major plus. To obtain an increased facility of £500k to £2m for a company with a mc of £4m is indeed a vote of confidence. Half year figures in a couple of weeks will show a profit so we are told and we can expect a positive update for the second half.

What a mess. Loans, loans and more loans. This is what we get with armchair builders and I will be suprised if we see this company as a going concern in twelve months. Investors should consider their position carefully.
