masonmaster - If you take a look at the Barkby site today it should make you smile. I find smiling to be less painful than laughing. It sounds as if your stomach may have a lot in it that needs to be got rid of.

For what it is worth I have recently bought in because at the current mc I am convinced PXOG is substantially undervalued. In the coming year we will begin to see substantial revenues coming in. Also the proven assets are well ahead of the MC. The last broker note has the sp well over 1p so what are we doing at one tenth of that?

Thanks Fortitude. There was a drive to open pubs to the end of the financial year (May 31) since when - nearly 6 months has passed and we have heard nothing. Is that it or can we expect a few more bolt ons or an acquisition. GC as we know is no fool so when do you think we can see some corporate activity. Also I am a little concerned that it is either you or me who are able to or want to exchange thoughts. I have a friend in the North who likes what he sees, does not post but would like the thoughts of others - can you offer anything positive for he and me?

Well I have read the latest full accounts, the interims, and watched the CEO on a few videos and on balance feel there is some potential in the current sp which, imo does not reflect the asset value on the BS and the potential earnings for the coming year. So will have a go.

Not invested here but having a look. Looking at what PXOG has as far as potential is, relative to the market cap is would appear to be a reasonable prospect. Does anyone have any views.

Take a look at Barkby on the NEX market where directors have moved to where GC is the Chairman who wants to drive if forward. Conventional pub hospitality company that seems to be gearing up. MC about £2.5m, look cheap and should be on AIM as far as I can see.

I think RBD should make an offer - 2 of their shares for 3 of ours. It will enhance RBDs position at WN and secure the fields future ownership. RBD can leave current management in place to develope the prospect, providing further funds to progress BIS and Wressle. DB can relax and existing UJ holders can benefit from a more diverse portfolio. Perhaps the largest on shore oil company.

With a positive outcome from the Wressle enquiry there will be a lift in our sp. This has been DBs dream for the past three years so success will add value to UJO without any buying. As far as EDR is concerned there will be costs in any exit from their non conventional projects and costs involved in de camping from non producing sites. I feel EDR investors - including me will move monies to UJO as this offers a more seamless prospect especially with WN.

At the end of June we had enough cash to meet admin costs for a year. When will there be another raise as this will be needed if we are to fund our high potential prospects. There will be spikes and falls in the sp but there will need to be real cash to unlock the potential.

A lot more cash will be needed before any income will wash over costs.

Shame - have been here for some time and with UJO. Have decided to move more funds into UJO in an effort to recover losses. Although we share projects I feel UJO is better at least in the short term. GLA

Yep could be a game changer - down to a lower division and will need more cash within the next few months.
