The second half looked stronger than the first and if MB continued to keep admin costs under control then we could be seeing a substantial improvement in the bottom line. With an opening of an office in the NW suggests the current MC is understating the potential here. As the economy improves it seems that MB will be capitalising on the progress made. No doubt he will have something to say on Proactive Investor.

About £300k including fund raise, less costs since period end so little left for the coming months. There will need to be another massive fund raise to pay Director Fees and running costs. Big dilution on the way so I will not be surprised to see the sp nearer 0.10 - 0.12p

The MC here in no way reflects the value of UJO and at some stage there will be a correction. In my view the way forward will be to, and along with other JV partners, sell WN and deploy funds to other existing projects in order to obtain regular and increasing income. Wressle, BIS and North K, and there are others. WN will be too big to be funded by the existing partners.

Two thoughts - they will need finance to develop and they will need to develop at a profit. Both very difficult for this company.

I'm not too sure where the sp will be at the end of the year but I do feel the current mc does not reflect the potential of WN which has been mentioned as being worth £500m, and we have 40pc
In addition there is California, Corallian and Danube where collectively we have invested more in than Rathlin. Is Humber in trouble? Could we buy their stake in WN to progress that site? In any event we will not see oil or gas as WN is too big for any of the JV partners so it will be sold to a major oil company realising substantial value. So the sp could be well up before the year end and I have heard Malcy in an interview talk of 8p. We shall see but to benefit we have to be invested and patient for an unknown number of weeks/months. One thing I feel is certain and that is any new investor at current levels will not lose money.

M Cap only £26m seems daft to me. WN is potentially worth £500m and UJO has 16%. When it gets going Wressle will produce positive cash flow and perhaps no need for any further raise

Some posters seem to be very negative about NTOG and perhaps with good cause but IMO if you feel that way what ever is left of your original investment is only worth what it is worth. This should be realised and invested into what is felt to be a more attractive investment where there is a chance to recover losses. Unless of course it is felt that there is a good potential of recovery with NTOG. I will dip my toe into this as I feel the assets are there thus the potential even if the existing management is falling short of expectations.

It would be helpful if we could secure some sizable contracts. The £1 -2m are OK but we need a lot of them. I wonder if the investor who exercised their options will be selling.

Fortitude - I am on a cruise at the moment and my PA has sent me a note telling me that Bark has had a positive WU in the MOS which of course is something I, and perhaps you were expecting. I have now seen it and it looks good to me and of course the MOS is well read and MIDAS has a good track record. The two non core investmestments mentioned look to have transformational potential when sold or floated. I can see a rerate to nearer 50p as Broakers research the company with notes to their clients on the potential. Enjoy the journey.

Many thanks and as you suggest I will do some research. Off hand ST how long has the company had the Permian leases?

Not in here yet but considering buying. But why the negative posts about the CEO? Are investors simply impatient or is it more than that as the Permian Basin is considered the most prolific oil acreage there is and long term oil problems and sourcing from the middle will only get worse. Oil production from the basin is increasing and it seems as if they are looking for more leases. MC with the shares at 1p is less than £2m so to my way of thinking they look cheap. Please let me know where I am going wrong.

I do not think that the current MC is recognising the potential here. About £2.6m.

I see we have a BARK board now but just the two trades.

I thought there may have been a little more interest here. Perhaps the PR boys are working on it.
