IMO at least 0.30p by Easter as the news flows in.

All looks very positive. Fortitude with so much of the stock under "lock in" agreements what do you feel the appetite may be from new investors, and do you feel the new group will attract any publicity. Also have they changed the year end to June? Have an enjoyable Christmas and like you I look forward to positive progress after the forthcoming meeting.

Very best wishes to all for Christmas and the coming year. I feel that 2020 will see the benefits of UJO as nothing has changed with our investment only for the best. Some of us are impatient and that is human nature when we want positive results. But standing back and listening to DB and the analyst from Angle leaves me in no doubt that the next few months will see a completely different UJO. This could be worth £150 plus should it be allowed to remain independent which I doubt.

I am well in here and probably over invested. I feel sure there are much better investments in this sector and I will need to review the position over the holiday. GL and best for the coming year.

As in this year we may well get a trading statement in February and I suspect it could show further challenges for the second half. I do however feel the coming year will benefit from the recent political outcome which should provide more certainty going forward. Get the Christmas break out the way and there should be a more positive return to work.

Once we get the consolidation £4 ish we will see the sp fall back a bit. It always seems to happen.

Now we need to focus on Iron following the new appointment for the next faze of the development. It must be a positive move for such a person to join the Board. In the early weeks of January I think we can expect to see some positive plans laid out to capitalise on our asset. GLA and a rewarding year ahead for us all.

Market bidding for 100 but offering 25k suggests to me that FinnCap may be pre selling the placement. A couple of small buys so some interest and it will be interesting to see how the market will open on 7 Jan. My friend in the North who is big in property and sometimes reads this board should have a close look at the potential here or give me a call - same code 502959 as I have lost his contact details. It would be good to hear from you as well Fortitude and the way you see the post 7 Jan reaction

Hi fortitude. Lots of good news here and no doubt on the way. GC has done well for us here and it looks as if he may be divesting many of his business interests. Do you feel he may look to put The Boston Tea Party into Barkby? Also do you feel that the 30p entry onto AIM leaves something for the market to push the sp higher? Float will be quite small on admission so I would not be suprised to see the sp be pushed up. I know nothing about the major shareholders but it looks as if they are on a buy and build programme. I have a modest holding that imo is worth holding.

So Fortitude - for every 193 we get 74 so what's your take on that's? Looks like a lot of paper to read over the holiday but on the initial look it looks good for us.

I agree that the outcome on 12/12 has done everything to provide positivity and it may well be the case that the BOD had been waiting for such a result. The new company make up looks to be compelling and the market should be in a good mood to see the introduction off to a good start in 2020.
No doubt we will compare thoughts when it all happens: so have a good Christmas and lets hope we can share a prosperous start to 2020

Hello Fortitude, yes and in any case I feel they would like to get the 12 December out the way. It may be that they would like to get the half year figures out at the same time.

I have always found DB to be very transparent with news flow and always keen to keep us in the picture. At the moment all is quiet either because nothing is happening or something is brewing he cannot yet share. In any event I have much faith both in DB and UJO and the only thing that has changed is that the assets have become more valuable and substantially more than the mc.
