Yep, no news for so long is good news IMO and the JVs are probably talking with the potential buyer who could provide a cash payment and ongoing production payments as part of the deal.

I think any gas discovery will be sold on, possibly to Centrica. Much too big for UJO or Humber to manage and Rathlin and RBD would probably want to monetise. Also I think there are too many parties involved but whatever the outcome it will be a massive result for us and we could receive a production payment without getting involved. Next week could see the sp climb as selling would be a bad idea.

Once the result comes in I feel the JV partners will, if they have not already done so, talk to the existing operator in the area about a sale. IMO the only reason we have not had a result on the discovery is because the partners are working on a sale package of the project. If this had been a non commercial result, shareholders would have known by now. So it could be a lot bigger than the 15m in which case ADL could be well undervalued.

Dan Levi is positive and so am I. At 1p the mc will only be £100m and although it sounds a lot, on any major result it will be small. Rathlin, RBD and Humber Oil and Gas are all serious investors here and as we know this could be the largest on shore gas find with a major oil find to follow. Then back to Wressle!

Not sure why we are not seeing more interest ahead of the WN gas and oil prospect. With 25pc I would have thought we would be nearer 0.80p

This will tick up on steady buying interest but the trick will be to be ahead of the rerate at 7am on the morning of any strike as the MMs will have it ay 0.25p plus. After that there will be Wressle to look forward to and with a QC batting for us the chance of success will be greater and another rerate. And November will I regret to say will soon be here.

Don't forget that RBD have a near 40% interest in Rathlin that gives them an interest of about 25% in WN as well as other prospects they have.

Too many weeks have passed for Colter to be a write off. IMO there could be substantial value in the prospect that will lift ADL and other partners once news is released.

It's the Chairman who is the major problem here. I fear there will be an offer to those of us still owning stock at a substantial discount to the asset value the Directors keep banging on about.

Due at the end of the month and I think the best we can expect is a maintained dividend. Trade is not too good for motor retailers and CFYN have never been shy to cut dividends in difficult times.

As well as being well into BOIL I am also have an interest in ADL. I feel the delay in an update is only good news. Here we have a number of new prospects and I feel can expect an interesting year.

I feel no update on Colter is a good thing. Had it been uneconomical we would have heard by the end of April. IMO it looks as if it could be a goer and may well be much greater than the 15mmbbls first indicated. A positive outcome would swamp the sp.

Not too sure how the sp will perform in the coming days as it will depend on buying and selling strengths. The trick is to appreciate that one morning there will be an RNS that will either leave the sp as it is or send it much higher as Malcy and major investors buy in to the largest on shore gas find,major oil find or both. That's the gamble for the punters or a positive investment for long term holders. Little to lose at 0.11p imo but an awful lot to gain.

Lets take WN off the table and what do we have. Two oil producing sites, a drill ready prospect in the next twelve months or so, the on going Bis drill and of course Wressle in November, the outcome of which could be very positive. In addition there is the added interest of other projects and Humber. All of which IMO justify the current mc.
Add back any success at WN and the mc could be substantially higher with little downside if it fails.

I think that Zambia/Africa is the way forward for CB and his associates as this area is better known to them. The other assets should be marketed for the best price possible as we cannot and should not continue to invest new monies into Mank or Argentina. This thought may have been posted by others on this board and if so I apologise.

Once the reorganisation is out the way no doubt we can expect the anticipated raise. Open offer to be included perhaps for existing investors with Loan Notes being part of the raise? I would expect CB and Tiger to be part of it with some of CBs associates. How much though?
