Have just raised £64k from the sale of Block shares. Could TIR be looking to increase its stake in BZT?

I understand what you say prickly but my understanding is that the position the company found itself in was why CB got involved last year. His brief was to clear out the crap and prepare for the disposal of the licenses to a major who was well able to finance the mining program. His knowledge and contacts has the best chance of producing a sale which should produce a much higher value than the current mc. I cannot beleive that BZT would ever contemplate diggin the holes. Once the sale of the licences is concluded then CB could use BZT as a shell to grow a resourse company.

IMO it's only time before UJO takes over Humber in a share deal which will give the Humber Guernsey based parent effective control of UJO. DB will become Chairman and FL will take over as CEO. Their various interests in prospects will be merged and UJO will become the largest on shore O&G company in the country. This I suspect will happen once WN is sorted. This IMO makes UJO an absolute bargain at anything less than a £20m cap.

I appreciate the sp has dropped from about 0.18p three months ago to the current level but cannot find out what news has had this affect. I also appreciate that many on this board are unhappy about something. Is this simply because the sp has fallen or is there news that I cannot find as being new here? In other words if the sp was still 0.18p or at the level of the placing last year would there be any PI reaction?

So the £1m in the bank and no debt has gone since 1/7/18 - is that correct?

Many thanks. Is the potential fund raise in the public domain or is this being assumed.? I note that the results are due at the end May so perhaps there will be an update. Like him or not CB has been around some time and no doubt has a number of contacts and I am a little surprised that he would have paid up 0.45p a year ago only to see the collapse to 0.06p. Don't know much about LR so cannot form any opinion yet. Thanks for the info and I will take a more considered view of BZT.

I'm new here and note there has been a couple of raises at 0.45 and 0.36 over the past year and a steady slide to about 0.06p. So what is going on? CB has a personal interest and about 7.5% through TIR. I understand there are substantial copper interests in a couple of licences but need the backing of an company with deep pockets as BZT are without funds. So is the idea to market the licences, or the company? If so if CB and others paid 0.45p a year ago they must have seen value that could be abstracted by any disposal.

A 50pc share of 150/250 bls per day sounds very good to me. Deduct the costs of production and the effect on eps look very good and the mc is looking very undervalued. Were RBD to be looked upon as an oil company rather than an investment company I feel this sp would be a lot higher with a lot more interest from PIs.

These were out on 1 May last year and I wonder if this time they may be a little later to include a WN update in their post year end notes. Any thoughts? Also when we Spud which is expected just after Easter there is going to be a fair bit of interest, and the timing of any buying could be crucial for prices paid.

I think the interest here suggests that something is brewing.

Looks to me if ADL would be a perfect fit for Eagle as it is a clean shell with cash and the Colter prospect still to be determined. So if we feel Eagle is looking for a vehicle then ADL ticks a few boxes imo.

I'm not too sure why there was such a large fall from the 0.45 raise. Putting £1m in at that price suggests that the investors may have been told of why the cash was needed. Cash for the Colter side track would have pretty well been there. Colter could provide a surprise find at the end of the day. The interest Eagle has in ADL could be the start of a further development.

So another year has just ended and I suspect we will be hearing of further losses, new initiatives, continued seeking of a corporate deal and thanks to shareholders for continued support.

doubleup - if you are a holder and see 0.10p before 0.20p then you may wish to sell and buy in later in order to sell at 0.20p thus doing a doubleup.

Yes and I would not be suprised if there is corporate activity going on which could come to light once there is more known about Colter. SG may well be finding himself under pressure following Indonesia, Badger and the market reaction to Colter, not to mention the performance of the sp since the raise at .45p. In view of these events he will want/ need to ensure that his next RNS will receive a positive response by the market.

And don't forget that the results from Colter are still to be made known. Reading between the lines of JV partners interested in the project it could be a lot better than the 15m bls with the two areas coming up with closer to, or if not more than the expected 22m.
