So much good news to come from Colter possible this week, Indonesia probably this week and Badger in a couple of months. MC £3M. So must be one of the better oil plays in the market at the moment.

Has anyone got any facts? All I know is that we are drilling for oil at BIS, we have other potential prospects, we are oil producing and we have substantial shareholder interest from Humber who also share several of our prospects. To me the potential is huge for UJO with its mc of £11m. Any other facts known by anyone?

It will be interesting to see what the valuation will be in the next set of accccounts as far as VS is concerned. The policy is to do a back valuation being on the value put on any unquoted company based on the price of the last fund raise. Will we see a loss next time?

I agree with the £15 mc but we need to remind ourselves that more than 50pc of the £8m raised was needed to pay the second tranche due for the purchase of Brighter Foods - that had an original cost of some £9m, and it is Brighter Foods which is the key driver of the larger investors interest in my view and from this new position will be the core for growing the business. Were there to be a conversion the major investors are unlikely to make a bid for the group but could waive this obligation and may choose to dilute their position by using valuable paper for acquisitions thus building a much larger group.

Not too sure why the MC is only £6m. EBITDA at the half way was £900k with both of the continuing operations set to improve in the second half. Loss making businesses have been got rid of and the company looks to grow the two main operations. I accept that there has been a torrid time here but that's passed and there has been support from the larger investors. Is the market missing a trick here and can we see a massive re rate when or before the full year figures are announced. Also there could be a post Christmas update which was at the end of January last year.

Accounting period extended but we will get interim figures to December before the end of March. Could be good but should get positive update on business development. Still a buy sub 10p but we need to get the Nomad to prepare an investment note.

Butler has said that BOIL is in for further licences in the next round. Cash in the bank about 0.17p per share and nothing further to pay on Wick. Too many involved in the Colter drill so that could come good and BOIL has £23m of tax losses that could attract an RT from a profitable small cap oil company. At current sp and ahead of Colter worth a punt.

That's about what's in the bank then?

Next week could be interesting as 15 February is a key date. Could see a rise ahead of that date with a further improvement on positive news. Also we continue to drill at colter with a result due early March. By mid March we could see ADL with a substantial increase over today's MC of less than £4m.

It's been quiet since the acquisition and the buys and sells have pretty well been nuetral over that time yet the sp has edged up above the par value or a level at which further shares can be issued. So a fund raise and further shares could be issued at 1p for working capital and further acqusitions as the BOD will be keen to grow the business. Such a raise could come with the year end results in April. Could be any interesting few weeks.

The original BOD has been planning the future of the company for several years - not rushing but looking for the right deal which they feel they found last year. I feel that it will be odds on that other potential acquisitions have been identified and perhaps we will hear more when thie results are announced in April.

I am sure there will be some further major acqusitions over the coming months once the very capable and talented directors have settled in. Why should there be so many influential directors on the board of a small and unknown company. It may be the fact that this small main list quoted shell with huge tax losses is about to begin a growth journey. We shall see.

Not sure if the councils decision will be in the interest of the future of the Country or their own personal and political wants. Perhaps there is too much power with those with little knowledge.

February 15th comes to mind as being mentioned. Badger in May or before.

Could be 18pc for a lower tax payer and 28pc if you are higher rate. But don't worry you only pay tax on profit above the tax free allowance - and as far as I am concerned I want to pay thousands as a result of any profit here.

Certainly great that the previous BOD have gone and now what we need is to regain some form of credibility. Agree that consolidation does not chang mc but it has to be accepted that there is often a sel off.

The next we will hear is an offer to locked in holders at about 5p a share notwithstanding the company said the asset value was about 50p. If they offer me 20p for my 115k they can have them.

I am well invested here and pleased we are able to share views. My initial thought is that the potential here is not reflected in the current 5p sp. This values the company at about £1.8m and is well below the 9p paid by the current directors on readmission. The original owners have left and it seems that the current BOD are not wasting any time in growing the business and have already made bolt on acquisitions and appointed an operations director. We are due an update shortly and I feel current tracing and potential should value the business at nearer £5m or about 15p. Problem is that too few PIs are aware of it so we need a decent note from the NOMAD

Even at 1p the mc is still less than £4m. Colter, Badger and Indonesia potentials make a nonsense of the valuation. Also and importantly I am impressed with SG who seems to know where ADL is going to be taken.
