The others at higher prices have not, CLN's excepted.
More importantly the 2.2p warrants have a 3 year shelf life from 27.02.19. So these are not being exercised to hold. Why would exercise now?
While there is a 50% upside there will be a constant drag on the price, IMO

plus £340,000 of CLN's @ 3p.

After this lot have been sold, there will be a steady climb, then next lot will be exercised and sold into that rise.
Just under 100 million to go.

Another 15 million shares about to be sold. If they haven't been already.
This is why the price doesn't rise.
Still, only about another 80 million warrants between 2.2p and 3.25p to be exercised. And about another £350,000 of CLN's ( about 12 million shares) to go.
Not forgetting any outstanding placing shares that may not have been sold.

Loving the positivity, but not loving the share price.
