While i think that you are being robbed, another way to look at it is your possible dilution if you don't use those votes, and it goes in favour of the warrants.
About £1,500.00 on your current holding and selling price.

I started a list and it all went a bit mental
I then started a recount because of the differing totals between Jp1959 and myself. That went wrong, and i gave up.
This must've taken you ages.

At 20.01 today i had a running total of 250,680,841 votes against.
While excellent, i much prefer your arithmetic. LOL.
30% fabrication maybe, gives me a total of circa 175,000,000 votes against from this board. Add in Dr Caves 289,000,000 and we arrive at 465,000,000.

If Lottohopes is correct, only cast votes count, and i hope he is, there is no way that the warrants will be voted in if Dr Cave votes against, as has been stated in an RNS.

Thanks for everyone that has supplied their holdings and voting preferences. And that includes the posters who have lied. How sad must your lives be?

Most importantly though, thanks to yourself for keeping the original thread alive, helping other posters on how to vote and of course making everyone here realise the importance of this vote.

I'll settle for the Indian chilli markets.

My belief is that any vote NOT CAST is used as a yes vote for the resolutions.
It's a board recommendation and if there are not enough NO VOTES, then the resolution is passed.
In this case, for example:
2,000,000,0000 shares. If 400,000,000 vote no that is 20%. If nobody else votes thats 80% yes.
The resolution is passed.
I'm not sure if this is correct, and despite a lot of searching, I cannot find the answer.
If I am correct, then every vote becomes that more important.
I stand to be corrected on the above though

Why should I, and every other shareholder be diluted by 20%.

I will give my insight into the importance of voting against these warrants tomorrow. That is for the people who disagree. I could be wrong about my thoughts, of course.

And i will reinforce the fact that i believe a no vote is beneficial.

We need just over 500 million no votes (500 million shares) so these warrants are voted down.
Dr Cave has circa 285 million shares.

To all holders who disagree with the 400 million warrants issue, please contact your broker online, via email or landline and vote no!
If these warrants are accepted that will be at least a 20% dilution to the current value of your holding.

As i mentioned earlier today:
There was no voting able through the share centre website.
I emailed them earlier asking how to vote and i'm still waiting for a reply.
Bristolian, however, posted earlier that he had emailed them with direct instructions and i'll be doing that tomorrow.

The fact of the matter is, that there has to be 500+ million votes against the warrants, otherwise they will go through.
Me and my good friend TB will not be able to do anything about it if that is the case!
