If the warrants get voted down, and i'm sure they will, it shows that these things are possible if we all stick together.

The engineers will have to be tested again, to see if they can return home. Lets hope that this test is negative.

There is a 3 month shelf life for these warrants.
What does that tell you?
IMO, if warrants are granted and the price increases because of good news, this will be sold into before the warrants RNS is released.
This in turn will allow the warrant holders to buy back in at a lower rate.
Then we have rinse and repeat until there is no interest left.
If you accept that the £8,000,000 for the warrants is good, I would suggest that any funds that need raising can be done at more than 2p. Should news be good.
This is a cash cow for the placees. And detrimental to current holders.
I cannot believe that the simplicity of it all is lost on some posters.

I find it very odd that there has been no update on this. With the GM next week and hundreds (thousands?) of shareholders already having cast their votes, i cannot see why there would be an update. I would assume that the "restructuring" would be to convince shareholders to vote yes. Have the placees accepted the vote, whichever way that should turn out?

The positive side is that the RNS leads me to believe that there was 2 days work and the engineers were flying home today.
10 days plus 2 days final commissioning takes us to COP Wednesday 10th Feb. So i'm expecting an RNS on the 11th. Probably after the markets close.

Lets hope there are no further delays. There can't be only 2 engineers in the entire world who know how to get these machines up and running.

Please read the RNS. This clearly states that warrants will be granted upon shareholder approval.

Let's not forget that these "investors" are not your average Joe.

I fully expect an RNS early next week to offer a new warrants deal. Possibly 2 placing shares for 1 warrant. In a feeble attempt to placate shareholders.
Any warrants issued will be a dilution to your current holding.
Do RMS need the money potentially raised from a warrants issue? If they do it's a closely guarded secret what they actually need the money for.
