RMG did try Sunday parcel deliveries about 2 years ago. I think it was within the M25.
I have absolutely no idea how it went, or indeed if it is still in place.
I think it was a premium price service though. I'll try to find out more.

Lets not forget that there are 55M warrants at 2.2p still to be exercised.
I expect an RNS to this effect within days. Hopefully they will all be exercised in one hit. Not forgetting of course, that the shares have already been allocated.
The sooner they go, preferably before any more significant news, the better.
ACP can then continue with what appears to be an excellent project.

Does anybody know if ACP could actually buy back the warrants? They could actually sell the shares that have been allocated for the warrants, to cover any cost.

Totally agree with the high purity graphite.
There is definitely something in this for CSIRO. I cannot see any other reason for their dollar for dollar agreement.
Time will tell.
Fingers crossed that the mining licence lands soon.
When it does and the graphite grades are confirmed, i fully expect funding to swiftly follow.
I have a feeling that some very fortunate people are in on the bottom rung.

Since the first notification of VESAs holding in early march, they have gone from 3% then to 13% in early august. Buying in the price range from 120p -190p. The previous 3%, i would suggest that VESAs buying has been below 220p, judging by their increases since March.
190p average is far too high.
And i also think VESA are now selling, from 220p all the way down.
Take your losses and run. You can buy back in at a much lower level.
All IMO only.

One other thing. Is it Autumn already?

After the last RNS it puzzled me as to why CSIRO are paying dollar for dollar, the cost of testing. It makes no sense to me, unless of course there are reasons for this.
I looked at the CSIRO website. I typed graphite testing into the search bar. After many hours, and many tinnies, i read a small piece that said that CSIRO "export" graphite to the USA. Where do they get it from? I cannot find this article again, for love nor money.
I may well have been drunk, but i know what i read.
Maybe CSIRO will have first dibs on the graphite produced.
Maybe they are part paying for the testing for this reason.
Maybe they are one of the parties ACP are in discussions with and under NDA for project development.
Maybe Mr Bull was brought on board to liaise with CSIRO. Isn't he Australian?
Or maybe i am still drunk!!!
It doesn't explain though why CSIRO are paying 50% of the testing costs! Does anybody know why?

ACP are currently under 2 NDA's regarding future finance.

The current sellers may have gone, but there are still 55 million 2.2p warrants still to be cashed in in.
There was no TR1 when the inital shares and subsequent 2.2p warrants were issued which tells me the holders are "small".
When the last batch were exercised there was no TR1 either. So no holder over 3%
IMO the mining licence will push this higher, but until the warrants are exercised and sold, it will be a constant drain on the price.

VESA first notification 12th March. Share price 142p. They obviously bought before then so the average i would imagine to be slightly higher at that point. Since then every notification has been on the upside. Clearly VESAs buys have lifted the price.
A rough guess would be 155p average.
But if you think VESA are going to launch some sort of takeover bid, look at Macys.
I reckon VESA will start shedding their shares at 220p. A very nice 30% profit.

I'm not sure that "opposing the introduction of parcel automation" is anything to do with the CWU. The fact that it is going ahead tells me that.
The USO, while fully supported by the CWU, is OFCOMs territory.
You also need to look at recruitment.
Steamlining the business can take many forms. In my office we have not recruited for about a year. Despite people leaving, loans to management and carrying long term sick.
