As I said, IA is IMO going to happen.
95% of my workmates think the same. The other 5% are fairly recent starters.
As for the institutions? Would you stay invested in a company that has reduced it's dividend to 0%? Bearing in mind that people have entrusted their pensions, life savings, childrens money to places that are supposed to be in the know.
A lot of these investors are having sleepless nights! As are the institutions.
Mr Back, I imagine, is not.
The power of the CWU and the very real potential of IA, will drag this share to below 100p. IMO!!!!

So what time did you and your colleagues finish?
What are your actual finishing times and what times did you finish, to make it easy?
And did all the birthday cards, untracked presents (parcels), bank statements or anything that might have been important by the recipient, get delivered???

So the following Saturday is where the impact will be.
if you and none of your colleagues change your duty structures by agreement, there will possibly be loads of idle hands.
The drivers have taken out the shared van duty parcels and the HCT's have taken what they can.
Do you agree?
What do you think your mangers will ask you to do if there are parcels on duties that are left uncovered?
Not your duties, but others.
And how many of you will take the Monday to Friday option, if given a chance?

Yes. Mr Back has backed down as far as duty changes.
There is however, reasonable request. Fully utilise all paid hours.
So DOM's will still be able to instruct staff as to what they will be doing.
Whether or not they do that, is a totally different thing.

Managers trying to protect mail from failing? Really?
It's a daily thing in my office. 4 or 5 walks left with tracked packets and specials the only items handled daily, if possible.
I will also add that this is all addressed mail.
Now you may think that this doesn't matter, I however think it does. Along with the majority of my colleagues.
Staff are willing to do overtime, but it's only offered for parcels.
So while your MC may be clear, my office and others in my area certainly aren't.

I haven't seen anything regarding new times and layouts. In fact my manager was asking for ideas. Very odd. I politely declined.
Can you share what you've seen?
