Shouldn't there have been an RNS informing the market of Matt Bulls increased holding?

More importantly though, why hasn't there been another RNS regarding the other warrants? These expired on the 12th. I stand to be corrected.
Surely, anybody with half a brain would exercise and sell, if necessary?

ACP would have to release this warrants information, if they had been exercised.

Does that mean that the warrant holders have lapsed their warrants? However stupid that may seem.

I stand corrected. And of course there will be no holdings RNS, unless of course the HNWI's go over 3%. Existing shareholders, so that's a possibilty.

30 million 2.2p warrants expire on 12.03.22
Another 20 million @ 3.25p expire end of April, early May.
Can't wait to see Kabungas holding in mid March. Along with the HNWI's (who are shareholders) end of April.
I wonder if MB or Kabunga are part of the 3.25p warrants.

The best share on AIM because of it's huge potential.
Correct me if i'm wrong, but everything is in place apart from funding. The project economics stand up, with a ridiculous 18 months payback on fully funded debt. So there could be absolutely no equity raise.
Why is this price so miserably low? It makes absolutely no sense to me.
Is it any wonder that the majority of investors lose money?
I'm still up, but seriously considering my investment here.
Let's see what happens post warrant exercise in early March.

There are 30 million 2.2p warrants due to expire in the next 6 weeks. Of which i think MB and associates hold about 20 million.
When these are exercised surely that will give the price a boost, and may be the catalyst for further rises.

That may well be the case. Those were pretty much his exact words.
And talking about %ages. My manager said that on one of the many conference calls that he goes on, his OM said that December mail was down 20% on last year.

A friend of mine is a manager in our mail centre. He told me that xmas 2020 was the busiest he had ever seen it and xmas 2021, the lightest. Can't wait to see the figures.

You are aware that it took 17 months for Kabunga to declare his holding. Selling from October 2019 until declaration in March 2021. Now i can't say when all these shares were sold, but neither can ACP.
Yes i am aware of who holds the warrants, but you seem oblivious to the fact that Kabunga has been selling his shares.
RNS end of August. Sold 12 million in 3 months (April to June), bought 16 million through CLN's at 2p (holding 23 million). Which are now probably being turned over for a healthy profit.
Just because you and i wouldn't sell because of possible game changing news on the horizon, these people are in it for the money.
Let's see what the next 4 months brings. Because over 50 million warrants will be exercised.
I'm hoping to see 2 RNS's.
One - to say Kabunga has exercised all warrants and has sold his entire holding.
Two - That MB has increased his holding by "X" %.

I currently hold 1.3M. I was as high as high as 1.7M but tried trading the dips. I'm obviously not very good at that.
My average is about 3.5p, so still in profit. I have no intention of selling or attempting to trade (again).
I wouldn't advise anything. I'm sure that you can decide to do with your hard earned, without input from me or anyone else.

If this is in response to my post to AIM, it's merely how i see things. Lots of selling. Warrants exercised. Lots of selling.
Why do you think the price has dipped 30%+ since the ML was granted?
The only negative (if it is one), is that financing hasn't been agreed.

Are you now speaking for the warrant holders? Are you a warrant holder? Somebody is selling and warrants are being cashed in!
You may have noticed a holdings RNS regarding Kabunga.
I cannot remember the %age of the HNWI's holding, but as these were probably not from a single entity, you won't get a holdings RNS.
You can dress this up any way you want to, but there is selling and some of it is warrant holders. It's called making money.
That's what these people do. Despite the obvious upside.

I agree it doesn't necessarily mean that shares are being sold down.
But the purpose of warrants is that the holder makes money. Cheap placing shares with warrants attached is a win win in most cases. It's why HNWI's et al invest in these little companies.
I'm just hoping that MB doesn't take some profit.
With all the good news and where we are project wise, i cannot believe the share price.
And while all the selling is clearly not just warrant holders, i believe that profit is being taken by them. And this will continue, and continue to be a drain on the price.

78 million warrants in the money.
57 million have to be exercised or forfeited by April 2022. Matt Bull and friends have about 20 million.
The share price is going nowhere for a while. IMO.
I would, however, love to be proved wrong.
Continually holding here while the price slides is proving very difficult. Considering what we have and where we are, it's a bit galling, to say the least.

The reason for the price decline is because there has been no "price sensitive information" to declare. It's as simple as that. Anyone who thinks Newmont / Agnico are holding back info are deluded. 2 out of the top 3 gold miners in the world!!!! Really?
And as for BG trying to shore up the price with some sort of news? These types of RNS are often detrimental to the share price. The price could drop even faster with unnecessary RNS's.
Just my opinion. I'm down too but will top up when i can afford it.

As a postie of 32 years i totally agree.
Unfortunately, after OFCOMs recent report, the USO is all but over.
Very soon it will be the industry standard to deliver one duty one day, and the other shared van duty the next.
All measured items will have to be delivered on the same day though. It's sort of happening now, but without guidance from the white collar workers.
And as for employing. Until 3 weeks ago we were running with over 200 hours of vacancies. Now down to about 140.
Also. Look out for a report in the Financial Times. I understand some reporters were on delivery today in an office that i'm familiar with.
It'll be interesting to read how they found it. And how accurate it is.

Totally agree. Yet they take away the quickest and least physical means of delivering them.
