It would seem that some are burying their heads in the sand.
The reality is that the ballot will vote for IA and we will go on strike.
Whilst i hate to agree with telso, the unanimous vote last time didn't trigger a huge fall. The difference this time is that there will be a strike. How long it goes on for is anybody's guess. Now that will be decimating for the price.
All IMO.

Lets hope phase 2 is confirmed. I won't take anything for granted until i see official confirmation. I can't believe the price is so low with apparent major news on the horizon. For this reason only, i'll remain cautious.

I still can't find anything from RMG (not the CWU) regarding the owner/driver thing you mentioned the other day.
I'm actually quite concerned if this is how RMG want to move forward. Can you please post a link.

You think 240p is good? If there is IA, and nothing i've heard leads me to any other conclusion, then you could probably look at sub 150p.The CEO is not for bending, IMO.
Even the scabs from yesteryear are now back on board in my office. You know my feelings already.
The messages from higher management just doesn't resonate with the real workers.

That's great. But where exactly does it say that fleet will be replaced by owner/drivers as part of RMGs policy going forward. I cannot see that. Please point me in that direction. I didn't ask about all those other things. They have been telegraphed by RMG for ages.

Things haven't started to turn ugly, yet. But in my opinion, they will.
I'm just asking you to verify some of the things in your post.

Tell me Scamp. Your knowledge of RMG has made you comment that the price will be 227p in a week or so. Have you sold your huge holding ready to buy back in 25% lower?
Your posts suggest quite strongly that VESA may launch a take over bid imminently. Why would the price dip so dramatically if this were the case?

VESA didn't acquire 21% at higher prices. If my memory serves me correctly, i think he bought about 8% below 200p. I'll let you do the research.

I'm still waiting for the notification that Kabunga has exercised his remaining warrants.
2 weeks after the expiry date and still nothing.
Does this mean that ACP have not received the cash? Or maybe Kabunga hasn't exercised his rights to buy because he has no cash?
Either way, we should hear in due course.

I'm hoping that EVR are trying to see how the "little people" feel.
Some are clearly happy with the suspension, as selling by some of the bigger holders (no names mentioned) would have had a detrimental effect on the share price.
I, personally, would've kept buying. Funds permitting.

So you're saying that the RNS put out by EVR is disingenuous?
The NEDs walked? Or were they coerced? Maybe that's what EVR thought the FCA may want. Does anyone know why they walked?
I think 30% holding applies to takeover bids, not resolutions. I could be wrong. But i will point you in the direction of a FTSE 100 company issuing a legal statement. RA does not control this company.
And regarding the 6 NED's that resigned. Were their appointments into these roles sanctioned by RA? Not according to the RNS of 10th March.
This is how i see things.

EVR already stated he has no control over the company.
