By the way I hate this word- another share I own used this word about a contract that was going to happen.

I don’t believe anything that comes out in an operational update or a CEO’s mouth anymore

The SP got to my breakeven last night for the first time in 6 years - for the last 4 years I’ve always said I would sell if I got my money back - wish I had done now. Oh well I’ll be back at 25% down in 15 mins time.Feels like we have been screwed again to be honest as they ****ed up by taking the loan out in the first place and now the shareholders are having to pay for them to pay it off.All I can hope for is they have done this at this stage because they know within the space of the next week they will own 20% and make the first shipment and therefore the price will bounce back a lot higher than 16p so the shareholders won’t feel the pain for long.Surely they could have used some of the first shipment to pay off the loan, after all iron ore prices have gone through the roof. They originally said the ore would make around £60m to put towards the dev costs, well its worth a lot more than that now so taking £1.5m out of that would have been easier to swallow for me to be honest, unless of course they are never going to own 20% of it!I suppose at least if Amapa goes tits up we have a few more years left in the company as they have got rid of most of the loan so we will just have to wait until our lithium plays actually deliver. So that could be another 4 years of waiting for breakeven.

I feel for the long term holders who haven’t averaged down and there are probably many reasons why they haven’t - perhaps they just haven’t got the money to do so or they were already in to their limit or like me they thought the company was going to go bust.

Thankfully I gambled at 9p and averaged down because I was lucky to be able to do so, however I think all newbies should think themselves lucky they have only just found the company and certainly shouldn’t criticise long term holders for being annoyed and moaning.

And as for saying you should mortgage your house to double down because there is only one way this is going, well that is absolute b***cks because you can’t guarantee anything, especially with KDNC.

There is still a chance Amapa could go tits up and then the share price will plummet to low single figures again.

Doesn't want to go past 16p does it. I get the feeling we are stuck between 15-16p until some news is announced. It will be 2 weeks on Tuesday since the last update, but there was a month between the July and August Amapa updates, so I would have thought worst case scenario would be another update by w/e 11th Sept, hopefully a 'job done' one and not another 'we are nearly there' one

... after 6 years of pain, for 15mins or so this morning I appear to have been at breakeven when the SP just went over 16p!

I never thought I'd see this money again .... hold on it's dropped back to just over 15p .... was that my only chance to get out or will I get another chance? I still can't believe yet that this share price will multibag from here .... surely something has got to go wrong - after all it is KDNC!

Only wish I had reduced my average when the SP was at 3p as opposed to when it was at 9p :)

Beef - think you will find all 5 points were well before Covid - most of them 2-3 years before.

The closest was the aviation deals which were announced to be imminent back in July last year, 6 months before Covid

So no I haven’t been living under a rock thanks.

But as you come to mention covid then perhaps you might like to consider that that will delay things and therefore it may be 2-3 years before we get to 20p because that’s what you are criticising me for isn’t it - the fact that you think we will get to 20p quicker than I do?

At least we agree it will get to 20p so not sure what your Beef is to be honest :)

Everyone can have an opinion guys, just because mine differs from yours it doesn’t make it wrong and yours right.

I do listen to the senior management, read RNS and broker reports. Remember these;

1) forecasts of 80,000 fleet installs
2) no need for any more fund raises
3) 6 RFQ’s to be finalised by June 18 was it? Or 17 - can’t even remember now
4) imminent aviation deals
5) Deals with CAE and L3 by year end

And if I dig back I’m sure they projected breakeven by 2021 at some point in the past.

Just because they have said auto revenues are going to double every year doesn’t mean it’s going to happen.

As I have said before I hope I am wrong and we see 20p+ well before 2-3 years time and I would be over the moon with £1 in 2-3 years time, but a lot of people were predicting that 2-3 years ago and yet we are still at 3p :)

£1 really? a 32x bagger? You are having a laugh.

That will never happen because if it was looking like that was a possibility someone would buy us well before that.

30p per share max and that won’t be for another 2-3 years.

If we finally get some license deals or contract wins with aviation and more Auto OEMs then we will be pushed towards 20p and then someone will offer 50% more at 30p and they will accept.

If the company is as good as people think it is on here then there will already be people sniffing around so it could be sooner than 2-3 years if we start banging some contract/license deals out within the next 6 months.

This share has the potential to go up quiet a lot if all things fall into place - however £1 is pretty fanciful stuff in the next few months - perhaps in 3-4 years when they own 49% and are in production (i say 3-4 years given their current ability to hit timescales). Let's be honest though it's just as likely to be back at 9p or below over the next few days/weeks whilst we continue to wait for the confirmation RNS and not just one that says negotiations are still ongoing, which is essentially what this RNS said.

Why push to ship any ore when we own a big fat 0% of it? Also have we had an RNS to say we have a contract with someone to sell it to? Perhaps that's why it's not being shipped because we have no customer for it. That is one of the multiple things we are waiting for;
i) Agreement with the banks and hence 20% share
ii) A contract to sell the stockpile to
iii) A date of when the ore is to be shipped and by whom (I'd rather have it confirmed than guessing boats arriving into the dock - none of which are anything to do with us otherwise they would have announced it via an RNS)
iv) A date for the scoping study to be released (that thing they raised money for about 8 weeks ago or was that money raised just to pay their salaries for a bit longer)

The silence means nothing is moving forward otherwise they would tell us in an RNS.

To be fair if it went up 200% I'd be happy because I could get out with a reasonable profit as i have reduced my average down over the years from £1 to 16p.
The problem is I think there is more chance of Amapa failing and the share price plummeting back down to 3p now than there is of seeing 16p. I didn't think that in June when I believed the hype and bought more to lower my average. Kicking myself for ploughing more into this.
How long will it be before Kiran actually gives an update do you think? I think another load of waffle and more delays yet before the inevitable happens.

Let's just face it - this isn't going to come off so we are going to be left with some joint ventures which are years away from returning anything and such small direct holdings in things like EMH. The company will end up having to wind up because it can't make it's payments on it's loans once the latest lot of money they raised runs out and they have to sell the joint ventures for next to nothing. Unless of course they dream up another San Luis, Amapa to hook some more gullible investors into believing that they are going to make them rich. Someone's been saying this is a gravy train for years and unfortunately I am beginning to believe that to be the case.

I’m guessing they are not going to do that until after they have secured 20% otherwise what’s the point of spending the money on it.

I think this is just going to drag on as Kirans last comment was he doesn’t know what is going to happen first ie the deal or shipping the ore.

I’ve taken that as he doesn’t have a date for either as both are out of his hands and he can’t control them.

Apparently the VW Tiguan is due in showrooms in 2022 - surely DMS will be in this - if so let’s hope it’s SEE

Fonzoo - I know Encap has gone back to 2024 but I thought the EU leg was still “new models” must have DMS from Jul2022 and all “new cars” must have DMS from 2024.

So any OEM launching a new car in 2022 should be working on it now or very soon.

I still hope a RNS will land before Xmas which implies a contract with someone like Toyota or VW. They must have some new models launching in 2022.

It’s great that they are tweeting all these facts about iron ore, let’s just hope we actually get to own and ship some!

Exactly Shallwe! This time last year cenkos put in their report that there is going to be two license deals, one with L3 and one with CAE.

What has happened?

As has been pointed out they must be in production by now or very soon for delivery in Qtr 2 next year. Surely we can’t supply them until we have signed a contract/deal with them?

Agree. The video didn't suggest anything was around the corner to push the SP up so people have decided to take the small profits from the last week's growth.
The 2 OEM's they keep referring to have been known for some time, aviation talks seemed to have got stuck due to covid and he said fleet is showing signs of promise in Aus and NZ but not in US, Europe and Latin America, so things are balancing out.
They are no longer talking about how many auto RFQ's they are working on, giving no indication of when an aviation deal will be struck and there hasn't been any large fleet contracts announced for months. The results were good and cost savings will be good for this year, but I think people are waiting for news that is going to propell this SP upwards and announcements around VW, Toyota and Volvo seem months away due to how secretive the auto industry is (possibly not even until cars are launched) let alone any announcements with truck companies such as Daimler.
I think people have decided to take some profits, make some money elsewhere and keep an eye on SEE for next year. It's what I would have done today if it wasn't for the fact that I'm still under water with this share.
