Forgive me Zebbo but if the banks have made the appeal how is that going to make them settle when they are appealing, doesn’t that mean they are appealing against the decision ie they don’t want to settle?

The only new news in that update is that the banks have appealed to a higher court, how is that good news!

The banks have appealed to a higher court, more delays, agreement not even close, what’s the benefit of shipping any ore if we don’t own 20% and at this rate never will. SP going down below 10p as people take there profits to put money elsewhere.

Other than the known OEM launches over the next 2-3 months, what have we got to look forward to in the next 6 months, do you think, to increase this SP?

Do you think this has dropped back since the update because it didn't have the usual update on RFQ's, potential license deals etc. to keep people interested?

I know they get grief when they annouce things like "imminent" aviation deals and then don't deliver so I get why they haven't dangled the carrot this time, but is that making people think there is nothing new in the pipeline now?

I hope we get some more detailed information in the October update, surely there must be something to update on new fleet deals, OEM RFQ's, Qualcomm development, when aviation is going to start significantly contributing to revenue and also what the forecasts are for this financial year that they are 2 months into already - forecasts alone could give confidence to people if they are forecasting strong growth in revenue figures for the year.

Appreciate all the uncertainty around Covid, but businesses should still be forecasting to give targets to aim for.

The picture has been rosy for the last couple of weeks due to all the rampers who appeared. They don't seem to be around anymore :) other than Obs highly optimistic posts, but at least he balances it out with posts like the one this morning at 9.27

Certain people last week were posting as if this was 100% nailed on no wonder some people got excited

Bogyo - no offence but you have been saying this kind of thing for months now but we still haven’t really moved from the 3p mark.

I’m guessing we won’t really move north until we announce some contracts with some value attached to them or we get to this time next year and sales have grown significantly due to auto revenue kicking in and more fleet installs. Again don’t expect any major fleet wins just small/medium ones that gets us to around 10,000 new installs over the next 12 months.

Interesting there was no update on the bank creditors - I would rather have an RNS about 20% share before the iron ore shipping as shipping iron ore before we have any share, benefits us how?

Why no update on this - I thought it was a done deal and just need some agreement on some minor changes to what the banks had proposed. Clearly it’s not moved forward at all in the last 10 days.

Are we going to see the 2’s again?

I hope not. I know I said 20p in 2-3 years time but I didn’t expect to see the 2’s again

I was happy at close yesterday and then when I saw the red mark next to the RNS button this morning at 7.30 I thought this is finally it!

I was ready to sell at 40p+!

I think I’ve just had the stuffing knocked out of me again knowing that I am significantly down again.

If I spread fear what do all the multi baggers, 50p’s, and back to 16p by the end of the day posts spread - false hopes?

People may buy based on these positive comments, but then do those people posting this care that someone may buy in now at 14p and then find next week or later than that the share price is even lower.

Trust me I will be extremely positive if the news actually arrives that most people think is a certainty on here - until then I have nothing from the past 6 years to believe that KDNC will pull this off.

Apologies I didn’t realise i had to post on here the first day I bought into the shares!

Personally I don’t care if you don’t believe me but yes I am definitely a long term (6 years) holder who has got more annoyed and frustrated as the years come and go with this company.

I’ve averaged down significantly and still under water and I have seen many rampers come and go telling me how the share price is going to multibag.

One day some of them might be right but so far they have all been wrong.

Yes there is still a part of me that believes this will come good which is why I won’t sell at a huge loss. I’ve also got too much in this share for my liking now so I am not prepared to buy anymore.

But I also fear this is another Sonora which was also supposed to multibag us!

For those newbies who have arrived and bought in for less than 12p well done - but you also have to expect there to be many frustrated shareholders who can also voice their opinions and they will be different to yours.

Cause17 - you are missing my point - that was all explained when they thought the stockpile was worth £60m - it’s worth probably double that now so shouldn’t be an issue to use some to pay off a loan of £1.5m

Knowing these Charlie’s though they have a signed contract from 6 months ago tying us to the iron ore price of 6 months ago as they were supposed to be shipping in December last year

Yes but CEO’s use it to try and appease shareholders who they know will be ****ed off with the news they have just announced.

Trust me we are weeks away from anything happening, in fact I’m beginning to think they have done this because they know Amapa is not going to happen otherwise why not use some of the money from the iron ore sale! Iron ore is well above their predictions so £1.5m out of the stockpile would be nothing,

I guess that’s because we are never going to own 20% of it
