Well the market is still not massively impressed as we have had 5% increases with no news before. What is it going to take to get this share price moving back to at least 5p? Perhaps the market is waiting for some of these promised licensing deals. I'd be interested to know what the targets/forecasts are for this year - we are a month into the new financial year so they must have set some

Well let’s hope it’s good news to p**s off that 80 million seller who apparently finished last week. I’m sure they did that last time someone spent a long time selling out - someone called hunter hall wasn’t it?

So from what I can remember;

Original ship date given - Dec19 - failed!
Then end of Qtr1 - failed
Then many messages saying still on track for early Qtr2 - failed

Is this really going to happen?

Looks like another San Luis to me - full of optimism from Kiran and then epic failure.

Clearly the ore can’t be shipped before the bank settlements otherwise why haven’t they done it? Or is it because they haven’t got anyone to sell it to?

If both of the above were positive surely the easiest part is to arrange a boat and load some ore onto it!

Can’t believe I threw more into this to average down thinking that things were going to happen at the end of June - when will I learn!

So Bannor, what's your thoughts on the SP if we eventually announce our 20% stake in Amapa. I know this is a bit simple as they are two different projects with different values and at different stages of development, but if 16% of EMH only gives us a 10% increase in SP with funding sorted then I would have thought Amapa isn't going to be the multi bagger people are suggesting even though the mine already exists. They still need to sort funding as the stockpile of iron ore isn't going to cover the dev costs. Do you think it will actually break 20p?

Bannor, I'll go as far as to say if there is no Amapa news this week then this will be back below 10p by the end of the week :)

Can’t wait for the update in August as everything has gone quite at the moment on fleet, aviation, and progress on OEM RFQ’s

They said last sept they would be shipping in dec 19 don’t forget so they are already 7 mths late.

Why do you think they have until Friday to agree otherwise it goes back to court - where have you found that info?

So are you suggesting that if it goes back to court with referees this will drag on for another 6 months ie Dec20?

And I assume you believe they won’t agree by Friday so we are going to be waiting a long time?

Sorry I was referring to the £30k buys earlier not the £400k investment by MJ - that certainly isn’t pocket money unless you are someone like Bill Gates

I think that is pocket money to some people in this world who would be more than happy to take a gamble on this company actually pulling this out of the bag. It may even be someone averaging down big time in the hope they can get out soon

It’s a shame KK doesn’t do more things like this. One on aviation would be nice to give us some info on these imminent aviation deals :)

The longer this drags on the more worried I get. Remember this has been going on since last Autumn as back in sept 19 they were saying the stockpile was going to be shifted in Dec19.

At this rate they may hit Dec20 if we are lucky! :)

So the court has not ruled to annul secured creditors and I assume discussions have already been going on for months so why are they so confident that discussions will come to a conclusion to allow them to ship early Q3 2020? This has lengthy delays writtin all over it whilst the share price dwindles downwards again as people lose confidence. So much for my hope last night of 2 positive RNS's today :) Bottom drawer again
