Yes agree with that OldFool - the buzz around DMS is finally starting to happen - legislation has been great for that and fingers crossed America will follow with legislation.

The fact that CES is awash with it as well is great news so I also hope that sentiment starts driving it as well.

It would just be nice to add one contract win in with all these collaborations and sentiment then we could see this going from 5p to the mid 20’s very quickly and beyond.

I would be more than happy for us to follow the mobileye path and get up to circa 50p and then get bought out.

I have sleepless nights about Auto and Fleet contract announcements and imminent aviation deals.

Hopefully I’ll be able to sleep again soon.

So let me put some of this great news into perspective (although I’m sure many will see me as deramping but perhaps some will see my point)

So we are demoing with Veoneer this year, didn’t we demo with Bosch and continental 2-3 years ago at CES?

So we are demoing with BMW this year, didn’t we demo with Jag and VW 2-3 years ago? (Yes I know these were proper concept cars whereas the BMW is going into production, but still everyone new about BMW from the RNS last year)

So we are working with Qualcomm, haven’t we been working with geotab, ???mix (can’t even remember there name which shows how successful that has been), Beoing, Emirates, Alaska airlines, Samsung, and plenty of others I could probably dig around for.

All great stuff but when is it going to lead to this billion pound company we were promised 3 years ago?

Don’t get me wrong all this is very exciting and good developments but it is only contracts with real monetary value that are going to shift the SP to the figures that we all want.

Where is this imminent aviation news? Where have all these RFQ’s gone? - it was six by June last year now it’s 3 but it’s not clear whether they are new or expansions.

We better have some contract announcements before June otherwise there will be talk of another fundraise again!

Also believe being on AIM is seriously holding us back as well.

Just to be clear I’m not a deramper I will be the happiest person alive when contracts are announced.

I’ve seen a few companies taken out now and not one of them has seen the SP rise by more than 100%

Are there any examples where a company’s SP has been less than 10p and then been bought out by more than 20p?

If I remember correctly Mobileye went from circa 50p to 80p

EI group recently went from circa £1.80 to £2.80

Sxx so far is only 35% higher - a company called Monetise went from circa 3p to 5p

If someone tried to buy us now I would be surprised if the offer was more than 10p. Whether that would be accepted is another matter.

I will feel more comfortable the quicker we get to 10p - which in theory a good interim results, the imminent aviation deals and another OEM contract with Volvo, VW or Toyota should get us there.

Talk of 40p+ is just dreaming at this moment in time.

Seeing2020 - I’m not moaning I just want contracts announced - after all that is what is going to raise the SP and I for one would like to make a return out of my 6 year investment before I die.

After all that is the idea of investing in shares and not to just enjoy speculating on a forum for years.

6 years ago when we just had a mining contract with caterpillar I thought this could be huge in cars and other forms of transport. That hasn’t changed so I don’t need to research anymore I just need the company to announce the contracts - I just didn’t think it would take 6+ years which is why it is so frustrating.

Using words like imminent doesn’t help! nor does unrealistic turnover estimates

Exactly, the only RNS I’m bothered about is more OEM auto wins and the imminent aviation deals. Oh and some nice big fleet wins wouldn’t go a miss either- ones which are over 10,000 vechicles.

Hopefully we will have a few over the next 6 months

A quick question for all - if you had a chance to double your investment in KDNC to bring your average down to 12.5p would you?

So we now know that "aviation news this year" didn't mean calendar year but financial year, unless of course it was another incorrect statement like the previous "imminent" one. However, now there is a deadline i.e. June 2020 - I would like to think this aviation news will be well before then (Jan or Feb according to SafeStocks), but at least we know it should be before June 2020. Perhaps in Paul's world imminent also means 12 months.

I must admit I have been excited for the last few weeks thinking that half year results could be early Jan as it was the 13th last year. However the other day I thought I would see when they were realeased in 2018. Wish I hadn't bothered as there was an RNS in Feb18 stating results would be in March18. So who knows we may have 2 months to wait yet for half year results.

Unfortunately my prediction 3 months ago that there would be no major news before the end of 2019 came true so let's hope my next prediction isn't true, which is .... no major news in January20! In fact I'm almost on the verge of predicting the share price will still be at 5p by June20!

I predict a capital raise around 3p

Depending on Amapa progress I may be tempted to average down. Certainly not entertaining averaging down until a capital raise is done.

I like your optimism Bauchsapt, but I can't see any news until the interims around mid Jan, then I think it will only be a general update. Aviation news mid to late Jan at best I reckon and who knows about auto wins - I'm beginning to think its so hush hush we may not get anything until cars are launched!

So does our DMS fall into E2 or E3 as E3 datas are later - 2024 and not 2022 for new models only.

If E2 then at least we know that by July 2024 everything should be rosy as it then applies not just to new models, but all new vechicles sold if I'm reading that right.

If we haven't been taken out by then and have won the likes of VW, Toyota and Volvo then i could see team300 being achievable

6 million trucks do not have to have DMS in 30 months. It’s only new production models that have to - so not even all new lorries have to if they are from a model that was designed in 2020 for example.

So in terms of auto if the next generation of VW golf is not due to be launched until 2024 that means any new golfs on the existing model don’t have to have DMS because I don’t believe the new eu regs state that car manufacturers have to redesign all their existing models.

The law is great but I still think we are 4-5 yrs away from have a large penetration in cars and lorries. What the law has done is force OEMs to make supplier decisions because most will have some kind of new model launch in 2021 ie it might not be the golf for vw but it could be the Passat, Tiguan, polo or even Up!

Once they have made that decision it’s likely they will stick with that supplier as they role out new models with DMS

So am I mistaken or does he say that they are now looking to ship during Qtr 1 next year, or was that just the environmental licenses?
If so December shipping is not going to happen and therefore they have slipped potentially 2-3 months.
I'm guessing the mine won't be up and running by early 2022 - I'm guessing that will slip to later in 2022

Having said that I've been in this share for over 6 years now so what's another 2 if I can get back to break even :)

The interims are in January!

So there will be at least some update on fleet.

Better than forecasted installation numbers and the impact of the cost savings should go down quite well and given what people think on here that is a given.

If this isn’t reported in Jan then we could find the SP drops further and then there is even more desperation for the imminent Aviation news.

I think we are months away from knowing about VW, Volvo and Toyota, possibly more than 12 months.

If Jan interims aren’t better than expected I wouldn’t be surprised if we are still at 4p ish this time next year! :)
