I've been mulling over the same thing since before the consolidation - when the SP was 0.14p in old terms (now 14p) I thought about buying if it went down to 10p, then when it got there I thought 8p and then I thought 4p.
If I buy another £20k at 4p my average would come down to 8p, but the question is am I just throwing away another £20k?
As pointed out since consolidation it's dropped by 50% and as Ivy keeps highlighting they are going to run out of money before they sort the issue out with the Brazilian banks. I fear this is going under hence I think I will keep my £20k for something else.

Amapa will go the same way as our Argentinian project, which a couple of years ago was going to be our saviour.

And as for EMH - have they actually done their DFS yet? That was supposed to happen last year wasn’t it? At this rate we will have gone bankrupt before they even start building the mine.

Completely agree schlemiel- the fighting on here is only happening because the company is failing to deliver.

Today rampers are attacking less positive posters (realistic posters some would say) because they are frustrated with the fact that the more down to earth and less rampy posters are right again and the company has failed to deliver a really progressive update in terms of financials. Yes there is still all the wonderful news about what’s coming but when are people going to realise they have been doing this for 5+ years now.

There is no way they are going to get £45m this year, there will be no license deal this financial year and clearly fleet is still just dripping along and is far from being fixed.

Don’t get me wrong this should still become bigger but not until 2024 when legislation forces the issue.

Interesting to see that our main ramper, the instigator of the #team300 is nowhere to be seen. He was only out on his projections by circa £8m!

Perhaps we haven’t heard from him because he has filtered everybody?

I’m leaving this board for my own sanity and potentially selling up once it gets back above my average. At this rate though that means I’ll be here until 2024.

Oh and my final thought for everyone - get ready for the next fund raise - that will drop before this Christmas

I hope you are right Terrym and hopefully we will find out soon, but until I hear it from the company themselves it’s all just peoples opinions.

Nothing really materialised from geotab and mix, yet when they were announced the talk was the same - ie how many fleets they have on their books, market potential, predicted volumes etc...

Just because we have distributors signed up it doesn’t mean they will sell large volumes or even any on our behalf.

We need to hear some good contract news from SEE to get this SP above 10p before any buyout otherwise I fear we are all going to be mightily disappointed.

Seeing2020, all looks good on paper, but will it all happen when it says it's going to - Autosense for example - said they were going to treble, but what happens if their 1,300 only got to 2,000.

Surely if things were going really well on fleet they would be shouting about it by now?

I'm beginning to think credibility is seriously going to be tested here over the next few weeks, a trading update or just interims in March and whether the aviation news ever materialises is definitely going to show Paul as either a credible CEO who can be trusted or just a complete b * l l s h * t t e r

Eyetracking, that’s really interesting, sell at 12p right away, yet we have got cenkos saying this should be bigger than Mobileeye and “experts” such as safestocks and semicast telling us it’s going to be global dominance and researchers on here saying the SP is going to be in the pounds and not pence.

Clearly someone is not telling the truth here, either Ken, Cenkos, Paul, Safestocks or even you. Did Ken really say that?

All I know is this constant up and down in SP, constant carrot dangling about deals to be announced, constant research on this board that links us to all and sundry is not good for my health.

I’m going to wait until the end of the financial year results and if contracts and license deals haven’t been announced by then then I’m selling if it’s above my average.

The fleet update was a quarterly thing they were trying to do but didn’t really stick to either. So in feb18 it wasn’t a full trading update I don’t think.

I have also convinced myself we won’t get any update until March, anything before is then a bonus.

The aviation announcement is starting to get a bit of a joke now so I’ve even convinced myself that will be sometime before June as Paul said before the end of the year.

People keep saying this is going to happen and that is going to happen only frustrates me when it doesn’t.

Shallwe, If I can recall correctly Paul ruled out a fund raise for the next 3 years (although plans can obviously and generally do change so I take that with a pinch of salt) But then he basically said a license deal would rule it out forever. So as these license deals are imminent I would like to think the fund raise issue will be sorted well before next year, ie imminently! (Unless of course these deals don’t exist)

So based on that then we haven’t won them because there has been no RNS of that nature.

And that's exactly why I swing from one to the other frequently depending on my mood. Some days the top points make me think this is going to get to 50p, whilst another day I think about the second list of points and think shall I sell when I get a decent profit i.e. 20-30% and quit because it will never come good.

As many have said we need some decent RNS's similar to the period about 24 months ago when we got the Ford, BMW, Merc RNS's all in a very shortish period of time

Soulboy - I said it was my ideal - I didn’t say I thought it was realistic or that it would happen

However just remember nearly two years ago it went from around 4p to circa 13p in roughly two months based on some RNS’s

Do you not think if all that arrived along with further sentiment growth due to more PR around the new DMS revolution and legislation that the SP wouldn’t move to around 20p?

Speak for yourself Eyetracking - my ideal would be a rise to circa 25-30p by June and then just around the time of the final results, or just after, someone put an offer in to buy us for 40-50p a share - a 10 bagger in 7-8 months would do me fine.

Originally it was "imminent" with no date given - then it was "by the end of the year", but I don't think it was ever clarified whether that was calendar year 2019 or end of financial year June 20.

Safestocks then suggested in one of his articles Jan/Feb.

The way I look at it is that "end of the year" now means financial year June 20 so if it doesn't come by then then they have failed to deliver. Imminent does not specify a date whereas end of financial year does.

As I've said before we need this and auto news before June otherwise there will be another fund raise, my guess around 4p. I do not believe the "it is not in our financial plans for a fund raise" until they announce some contract news that suggests that will be the case.

What's frustrating though is even on contract news last Qtr - OEM expansion, National Express etc.. it still didn't hold onto the SP gains at that time.

I kick myself again as I contemplated selling last week at 5.6p and I wish I had now because I can see this going back below 5p unless a trading update comes soon. Just can't bring myself to trade this share though in the fear of the imminient aviation news landing. Very clever move by the BOD, stops people like me selling.

Although I hope there is a trading update in the next week or two like last year I thought I would highlight that in 2018 there was no trading update in Jan but an RNS late in Feb stating when the interims were to be released which was in March.

I assume they don’t have to release a trading update but they do have to release interim results within a specified time period.

Therefore it may be that we don’t get a trading update and have to wait until March for a performance update.

They may take this approach if for example they were expecting to seal the deal on auto contracts between now and then or perhaps an imminent aviation contract as they could announce even more good news around the results.

Let’s be honest who knows with this company but at least we know there has got to be more news before 2022 when the eu law comes into force :)

Just some news that helps confirm profitability is all we need because until then I think there is always going to be the fear of further fund raises to support all these collaborations (unless of course we are receiving payments from these collaborations)

Shame we didn’t get an RNS about Bosch like we did with Veoneer.

Do we have any concrete evidence that it’s us with Bosch?

At CES 2017 they were happy to demo us on their stand with Fovio so why haven’t they mentioned Fovio again this year. Is it possible they’ve done something on their own in the last 2 years?

All very interesting considering the rumour about the 17p offer from Bosch last year. If that is true it suggests they haven’t done something on their own, hence why they wanted to buy us.

Good point Shallwe - never really thought it through just always thought sometimes there is an uplift around early afternoon so let’s hope for one when some PI’s in America wake up

I've written this share off and I'm glad I didn't average down to 12p last week when I almost caved in, it would have meant I would have had far too much tied up in this share. In fact I already have far to much tied up in this share.

Anyway pretty happy today as I am recovering my losses through Seeing Machines (SEE) - again on AIM, but actually have a product and selling to major car, fleet and aviation companies around the world with EU legislation just been put in place to really push things along :) Obviously DYOR but that is my share tip for 2020 and I think I'll leave KDNC in the bottom drawer just in case by some miracle Amapa progresses or our other investments actually start mining lithium or iron ore.

And it will every night this year
