I’m not expecting any ore to move this calendar year anyway.
It’s going to take at least 2-3 months to sort out the contracts and until they are done I can’t see the banks agreeing to remove their appeal.

If we have learnt anything in the last 12 months it’s not to believe any date predictions from the Bod. First it was Dec19, then in moved to Qtr1 then Qtr2 early qtr 3 ie June then it moved to imminent, which to me is within 4 weeks. It’s been 4 weeks since the imminent comment.

It moved from specifying dates, to words such as imminent to comments such as “I don’t know what will happen first, shipping the order or the finalisation of contracts”

No wonder people are selling up and moving their money elsewhere I would be if I’d bought below 10p.

Every deadline has been missed and therefore they are just saying they don’t know now. Doesn’t fill you with confidence does it.

I also predict further delays but not sure what the reason will be this time - sorry that’s not positive is it - probably reality though

The longer Amapa takes the lower the stake in EMH will become. It’s already dropped over the last few months

Terrym - I don’t want anymore top up opportunities, I just want the SP to rise quickly so I can retire and enjoy life :)

Don’t want to be picky but surely it’s a 200% increase in the last 6 months - circa 1.5p to 4.5p

Also just to play devils advocate it’s also a 16% drop since 10th Jan when we first announced Qualcomm

Don’t get me wrong it’s nice that it’s going back up but I won’t be happy until it’s double fingers and quite frankly with all the good news recently I can’t understand why it isn’t.

The CAT deal has been mentioned today and I always think back to around that time when the SP got to around 9p - we had nothing in auto, aviation and fleet was still in its infancy - However with some major global customers now on board and legislation forcing this into all road vehicles the only reason I can come up with as to why we are still at 4.6p is because AIM is quite frankly corrupt.

And for this reason I don’t think I’ll ever believe this can get to 20, 30, 40p etc. until it actually happens. I often think even when we announce major deals or huge revenue growth and profitability somehow AIM will manipulate the SP

So I don’t like red days either, especially when it was looking like a 3%+ day.

Of course it wouldn’t frustrate me as much if the SP was above 10p :)

Well he certainly didn’t say anything new in this interview, same stuff he has been saying for 12 months now.

I must admit I did learn something - we are now at 15% in EMH - I thought we were still higher than that!

God forbid if Amapa doesn’t happen we may as well turn the lights out.

Maddog, 1 week to go to an RNS? and how do you know that? But more importantly what will be in it if you are so in the know? Kiran failed again and we have pulled out of Amapa so our SP plummets to 5p or we have got lucky and the deal is done and we own 20% and the SP rockets above 20p? Or something like contracts have been written they just need signing ie f all has progressed and we have another month to wait as the SP drips down?

I think they are the three options aren’t they?

Wow £144k in Seeing Machines - that’s brave for an AIM share!

That is certainly one of my fears. Wameja’s share price was 5.75p yesterday and they are being taken over for 8p.

Takeovers usually offer less than 50% on the top of the share price don’t they? Which means we would be lucky to get 6p!

This share price needs to get a move on back to 10p as I would be gutted if we got less than our peak two years ago due to a takeover

CBax, the only thing that is going to make this share price move up is news that says a) the appeal to the courts has been withdrawn, b) the contract has been signed with the bank creditors and c) we have released our money to give us 20% share.

As for the timing of this, your guess is as good as everyone else’s on this board.

It could be days, weeks or months depending on how optimistic you are - but remember this time last year we were told we would be shipping the ore in Dec19

Of course the other option which is still a possibility is that none of the above actually happens and the share price doesn’t move up, but it plummets because if Amapa doesn’t happen then we have years to wait for something from our joint ventures or our EMH direct investment.

Again depending on who you talk to the chance of Amapa not happening will be 0% for the rampers and as high as 80/90% for the disgruntled long terms holders who have experienced utter rubbish from this company for the last 5+ years.

I remain hopeful, due to my current heavy losses, but not confident

KDNC - but don’t invest in them- wish I hadn’t

I think they love Tesla so much because they think the lithium demand for EV’s will make them rich from KDNCs Investments

I still believe the above may be holding us back I bit.

I’ve got into an argument on another board as the subject of autonomous cars came up and I decided to make a claim that full autonomous cars won’t be around for another decade yet.

I basically got laughed at and was told that that was such an uneducated statement. I even had Tesla fan boy telling me that the Tesla is the safest car in the world to drive due to its autopilot.

They posted videos of Elon Musk saying he was close to level 5

This opinion clearly exists out there so I’m sure it’s stopping some people from investing in this share.

Of course any good articles you have to hand that I can post on this other forum to wind them up would be appreciated :)

I’ve already explained the forthcoming legislation for DMS and the move back by OEMs to working more on level 2 and 3 but they are adamant that everyone is well behind Tesla and we will all be in autonomous cars very shortly.

Mr James - have you not read reviews and reports comparing Tesla against GMs super cruise - I think you will find Tesla is far from the safest car around.

Anyway I can’t be bothered to argue with you two anymore because I won’t be here in 10 years time to remind you both that your prediction of fully autonomous cars driving us all around still hasn’t happened unless of course your predictions on KDNC still haven’t come true.

Although if your predictions on KDNC haven’t come true then I still won’t be here because neither will KDNC

Obs why don’t you stick to your predictions of when our ships are arriving, valuations and not to mention how all these outstanding creditor and appeal issues were all going to be sorted months ago ... oh wait we are still waiting ... just like you will be for your autonomous car so you can have a sleep at the wheel.

Insurance will be the big one - whose fault will it be when an autonomous car crashes - the car manufacturer? I’m sure they will love that.
There are so many things that will delay it even if the tech is there, which it isn’t yet no matter how much Elon Musk bulls***s and all his fan boys lap it up

Completely agree with you TLS and most other comments about things that are happening and why a fundraise is not needed - I just want solid confirmation from SEE so that there is no doubt whatsoever

I’m sure things will get announced, I suppose I’m just not happy until everything is confirmed and known - and we can all sit back and wait for sales and profits to soar and the SP of course.

There must have been that point with Arm and Mobileye where so much was confirmed it was just a case of watching the rise- I don’t think we are quiet there yet

I was referring to full autonomous cars that can drive you around everywhere by the way, which is what cause was asking.

Anyway if you think in 10 years a car will drive you from point A to point B across different types of road, in different types of weather conditions with the driver paying no attention what so ever to the road ie full autonomy - then you sir/madam are deluded

You do realise that the wonderful Tesla’s have killed many drivers and pedestrians because it’s auto pilot has failed don’t you?

Autonomous cars are more than a decade away. Over the last year or so OEM’s have realised this and have stop spending so much in that area and I now focusing on installing driver monitoring systems (DMS) in all new models.

They need to do this because EU leg was passed recently that states from 2022 all new models launched need a DMS installed and from 2024 all new cars (not just models) need it installed.

America also look like they are going to follow the EU leg.

Therefore good old Elon Musk is going to have to put this in his cars.

DMS has largely come about to detect fatigue in drivers but can also be used for distraction such as mobile phones. It is now at the stage where it is going to be integrated into ADAS systems which shows how imbedded into cars it’s going to become.

Yes automated driving on motorways might happen but the driver will always need to be paying attention to takeover from the car at a seconds notice.

By the way the EU leg isn’t just for cars it’s for trucks, coaches, buses, vans etc...

If you are interested in this topic of automation and DMS check out seeing machines, but DYOR as they say.

I’m slightly more positive about them because they are actually selling a live product already and not still waiting to pull off a once in a lifetime deal as they are already working with GM, BMW and Mercedes and many tier 1 suppliers to the auto industry.
